The hotel was newer and very clean and updated rooms. The only drawback was, they did not install the elevator yet. However, most spark hotels are only 2 or 3 floors.

I thought stopping in Hershey sounded fun, and we just popped into the hotel after a really late dinner. They had availability and also we got a really good rate. Clean rooms, clean hotel, breakfast was clean and neat. No complaints! Happy customers! Thanks for making this unplanned stay a breeze!

When I originally made my reservation it was for a Wednesday, but then Hershey Medical ended up changing an appointment date. I was worried that when I called to change the date of my hotel stay I would be charged a fee. Not to worry... the person I talked to was VERY accommodating and changed the date without any hassle. At the last minute I had to extend my stay. When I asked about adding an extra day, the staff went above & beyond to make sure that I could add an extra day, and even made sure I could stay in the same room so that I didn't have to pack and repack. It was so nice to know I didn't have to worry about my hotel accommodations and that I could put all my focus on my mom at HMC. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much!
