⭐ 1 Star — Shockingly Bad Stay for a Hilton
I genuinely don’t know how this hotel is allowed to have the Hilton name on the building. Our stay was a disaster from the moment we opened the door. We walked into a room with two pillows that had ZERO pillowcases — absolutely disgusting. When we called the front desk for replacements, we were basically told tough luck and instructed to come downstairs at 1 AM to get them ourselves. I’ve stayed at budget motels with better service.
The ONLY person who showed even a shred of professionalism was the bartender, who had already finished her shift yet still went out of her way to search the hotel for pillows and cases. Meanwhile, the front desk staff acted like helping paying guests was some kind of inconvenience. If it weren’t for that bartender, this place would’ve gotten zero stars.
Then came the morning. At 9 AM, housekeeping started SLAMMING and POUNDING on our door like the building was on fire — even though we had a Do Not Disturb sign clearly displayed and checkout wasn’t until NOON. Being jolted awake like we were fugitives hiding from the law was beyond unacceptable.
When we tried to speak to someone about all of this at checkout, we were told that no management was on the property at all, which as two small business owners we find almost unbelievable. A hotel of this size and brand with zero management available? It’s either a lie or a serious leadership problem — neither is a good look.
It is now Tuesday, and after calling the hotel twice, being told both times that a manager would “reach out,” shocker — still no call. So leaving this review is apparently the only way to get anyone’s attention, since the staff clearly has no interest in actually resolving issues directly.
For a hotel that carries the Hilton name, this entire experience was embarrassing, disappointing, and honestly, kind of gross. We will NEVER stay here again, and we wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

The hotel staff was SO kind and accommodating. They gave our pup lots of pets and Russelle made the best scrambled eggs ever at the breakfast!
Only improvement I can recommend is a carpet and bathroom update.

The customer service was excellent. The front desk staff, the housekeeping staff, and reservation stuff were all stellar.
The hotel, however, was gross. When we first arrived, we had a room on the first floor. There was a strong musty smell. It was so bad, we couldn’t stay in the room. When I went to the front desk to ask for another room, the customer service representative was very nice and set us up in a room on the second floor. It smelled better until the air freshener wore off. The room smelled like corn chips and stale cigarettes. The rugs in the hallway were stained. The decor was dated. I could have stayed in a nicer place for the amount of money spent here.

A through and through four star hotel. Location is perfect, super close to Hershey Park and Hershey within a 10 minute drive but you dodge all of the chaos of staying at one of the more closer hotels. This is a great spot as less angry seven-year-olds are running around on sugar highs but still quite a beautiful hotel. The rooms are very nice and spacious however, housekeeping was a bit lacking as they forgot to change the shower gel for the duration of my stay. Otherwise, Beas were rather comfy and rooms were quiet. Fitness center needs a lot of help, two treadmills one bike, one right rack that goes up to 50 pounds. Will definitely stay here again when doing business in the Hershey area.

Location was about all that was good. The shower had mold in it. Breakfast, the buffet part had potatoes that smelled loke fish from the night before. One in my party had a fish allergy. And when it was nemtioned, the waiter copped an attitude and kept the attitude the rest of the time we were there. We accidentally spilled a water. And he didn't help, just stood talking to the kitchen while gesturing to our table
Very rude and snotty.
The gentleman at the front desk, however, was incredibly polite.
