Huge thank you to Alyssa at the front desk. She handled two separate room issues with patience and kindness and ultimately got us into a third room that’s perfect. She remained calm, helpful, and genuinely pleasant throughout the entire process. Excellent customer service.

This place is totally fraudulent. It has advertised that one of the amenities is an indoor pool. My family and I mainly choose this dump because there is an indoor pool. The pool is closed and will be closed the duration of our stay. My daughter was so disappointed and upset. I booked a reservation over the phone and informed them that my dog would be with us. They explained there was a fee. Paid the additional fee and booked the hotel. Upon arrival the desk personal approached me and asked was the dog gonna be coming inside. If so I had to pay an additional fee which I had taken care of when booking the room. This place has totally ruined our Christmas vacation weekend. I would really think twice about booking reservations here. Also the room was dusty and very outdated. The whole experience was awful.

I cannot say enough about the incredible hospitality at Hilton Garden Inn, especially from Vicky, Amanda, and Sheina.
From the moment we checked in, Ms. Vicky was absolutely amazing. Traveling with kids can be a lot, and she immediately made us feel welcome by directing my children to the hot chocolate, coffee, and tea bar, plus popcorn, cookies, and even coloring pages. It was such a thoughtful touch and truly made my kids’ day. After our interaction with Ms. Vicky, my 8-year-old son looked at me and said, “This hotel deserves 5 stars for their hospitality.” And honestly, he was absolutely right.
On top of that, I had overstretched my Achilles tendon and was in a great deal of pain. Despite my limited mobility, I still wanted to grab a salad, and Amanda didn’t hesitate for a second to help me out. Her kindness and attentiveness meant more than she probably knows.
Later, while struggling to get ice to help with the pain, Sheina noticed and immediately stepped in to assist me. I didn’t even have to ask, she simply saw a need and helped.
After spending the entire day supporting my kids at basketball games while in a lot of pain, the compassion and care shown by these amazing women truly made this momma feel seen, supported, and appreciated. They didn’t think twice about helping, and I am so incredibly grateful.
This is hospitality at its finest. Thank you, Vicky, Amanda, and Sheina, you made a tough day so much better.

⭐ 1 Star — Shockingly Bad Stay for a Hilton
I genuinely don’t know how this hotel is allowed to have the Hilton name on the building. Our stay was a disaster from the moment we opened the door. We walked into a room with two pillows that had ZERO pillowcases — absolutely disgusting. When we called the front desk for replacements, we were basically told tough luck and instructed to come downstairs at 1 AM to get them ourselves. I’ve stayed at budget motels with better service.
The ONLY person who showed even a shred of professionalism was the bartender, who had already finished her shift yet still went out of her way to search the hotel for pillows and cases. Meanwhile, the front desk staff acted like helping paying guests was some kind of inconvenience. If it weren’t for that bartender, this place would’ve gotten zero stars.
Then came the morning. At 9 AM, housekeeping started SLAMMING and POUNDING on our door like the building was on fire — even though we had a Do Not Disturb sign clearly displayed and checkout wasn’t until NOON. Being jolted awake like we were fugitives hiding from the law was beyond unacceptable.
When we tried to speak to someone about all of this at checkout, we were told that no management was on the property at all, which as two small business owners we find almost unbelievable. A hotel of this size and brand with zero management available? It’s either a lie or a serious leadership problem — neither is a good look.
It is now Tuesday, and after calling the hotel twice, being told both times that a manager would “reach out,” shocker — still no call. So leaving this review is apparently the only way to get anyone’s attention, since the staff clearly has no interest in actually resolving issues directly.
For a hotel that carries the Hilton name, this entire experience was embarrassing, disappointing, and honestly, kind of gross. We will NEVER stay here again, and we wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.
