The staff was absolutely outstanding, providing top notch customer service from beginning to end. Every single person we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. The hotel itself is immaculate. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and immediately felt like home. And speaking of feeling at home, the staff made sure of it. They took care of every need my mother and I had with pleasure and kindness. It was such a refreshing experience, especially since great customer service in the hospitality industry seems so hard to find these days. The free hot breakfast was wonderful as well. The staff was kind enough to accommodate a dietary concern for me and my mother, which was genuinely amazing. They truly did not have to, but they did, and we appreciated it more than we can say. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. It will absolutely be our go to spot whenever we are in the area or visiting Hersheypark. From the front desk to the kitchen staff to housekeeping, every person went above and beyond to make our stay special. And for anyone looking for a convenient location, the drive to Hersheypark was only about seven minutes. A great hotel and one I highly recommend!

The hotel is also very convenient to everything. Staff was very nice and hospitable and the hotel is well kept. The pool was heated and refreshing and good fitness center. Free continental breakfast as well! Highly recommend.
