  The front desk staff was very friendly and personable. The hotel is close to The Hershey attractions and the park is easy to get to. The hotel however is amid renovations so there was a lot of construction dirt and debris throughout the areas we were. There was also a pungent odor of what seemed to be generator exhaust that waved throughout the hallways and elevator. I find the prices to be high in exchange for what is offered

  Never a good thing when you have to choose between heat and sleep. Window heating unit sounded like a jet engine, impossible to sleep thru it, even with earplugs. Shower was either scorching hot or cold, no middle ground.

  Service was good and location was convenient, but cleanliness of the room was not good. Bug on the chair, suspicious brown stain on the comforter, weird stains on the walls and a dangling smoke alarm. There was also construction happening in the floors below us, jack hammering and vibrations were heard in the afternoon and morning of my stay. You get what you pay for
