i stayed here with my daughter when we had an (urgent) issue at home and I needed to literally find a place to sleep last minute . We arrived around 9pm on a school night - the room was like a little apartment and definitely exceeded my expectations for the price paid .. a full kitchen, private bedroom with a door, was clean and had a fast and easy check in. We both got a good night sleep and left early. The only issue i’m having is I left my laptop charger I believe in room (237) and I can’t seem to get ahold of anyone on the phone , it just keeps ringing ….i will change to 5 if I can get ahold of someone!

I had stayed 9 nights and up to that point had no problems. I reserved through Agoda except for one night when the person I presumed to be the GM offered me the same rate. The next night the desk clerk offered me the same rate but I reserved through Agoda again. When the weekend approached I saw that the room type that I needed was not available. I went to the front desk at 1:00 am and the person I presumed to be the GM was asleep in a chair with ear buds in. I called out a few times. When he heard me finally he jumped up and asked if I was checking in. He saw me everyday and knew me well enough yet he was disoriented. His breath was strong with the smell of alcohol. I told him my issue and he said that he would offer me the same rate for the next 3 nights that I had been getting with Agoda, but he told me to come back in the morning. He stared at me and asked how long I was going to stay. I told him maybe weeks. He immediately reneged on his offer and told me that he could not offer me that rate on the weekend. I protested and he waved his hand in my face wildly and told me that he had NO rooms. I accused him of being drunk and he looked alarmed. I cannot believe that this unacceptable behavior could occur in a so called professional environment. This property was purchased last year for 11.5 million dollars. I doubt the owners would be happy to know that it might be dragged it into the ground. Otherwise the housekeepers were very nice and the room was immaculate. The following is an edit after reading the response from the "owner". If I have identified the staff member named in my review wrongly I apologize for that. The business card on the desk was for GM Jeet Gandhi and there were only 2 people that I encountered there the whole stay. The man with whom I had the issue I did indeed see almost everyday, and I believe it WAS everyday. A housekeeper identified him as "the boss". In any event, the person in question did behave as I reported. None of your employees need to be protected from me. It seems that the guests are the ones who might be harassed and threatened. I engaged with many of the housekeepers and they would tell you that I was hospitable even under the circumstances. It wasn't the fact that I could not get the same rate as Agoda but that he basically lied and tried to walk it back immediately. His attitude and dismissal (waving his hand and telling me he had no rooms) was inappropriate and unacceptable you must admit as a big hotel owner. Don't be full of pride and foolish about this. I believe that you are circling the wagons to avoid admitting the truth and possibly calling out your own family member? I must say it is not a good look to threaten me when there was a serious breach of Best Western hospitality and professionalism on the part of your hotel and front desk person, whatever his title or position. I know what I know. That place reeks of pot from the time one gets out of his car. It hit me in the face every time I entered the lobby and continued in the elevator, and through the halls of my floor. You and Google can do as you wish or may, but you still have a problem at your property and hotel family. You may want to address that as forcefully and with the same determination that you are attempting to malign me and impugn my reputation.

This is a hotel that you come To when you need somewhere to live, I didn’t know that. People have trash sitting out side the door pizza boxes. The overall hotel it self could be a little more cleaner. And my ac and heating wasn’t working. Drain in the shower was terrible.

Very nice room , with a well stocked kitchen unlike most hotels who make you rent kitchen stuff. Rainfall showerhead, sprayer, very nice especially for the price ..
