We all had to get cold showers and when we checked out we complained to the front desk and she said manager would call us and they never did. When we called a few days later they said they would not do anything for us since we didn't say anything when we were there. We absolutely did inform them when checking out. They obviously do not care about customer satisfaction. They just want your money, bad business.

I was so surprised and happy about the gluten free bagels and muffins that were out as one of their breakfast options. This might have been the 5th hotel I've been to this year because of travel needs, and I have not seen that option before. We were very happy with our stay here at Best Western.
