First off, the location couldn’t be better—super close to all the Hershey attractions, which made it perfect for families, but also quiet enough for getting work done. I had to work out of my room for part of the trip, and the Wi-Fi was fantastic. Seriously—my videoconferences were smooth with zero glitches, which is a huge win when you’re traveling for business. The room itself was spotless, comfortable, and just felt really well cared for. Same goes for the lobby—so pretty, so clean, and just a great space to walk into every day. Breakfast had a great variety of foods, and I loved that they had an all-day coffee and tea station (my caffeine-loving heart was very happy). The staff was wonderful—every single person I passed said hello with a smile, which made the whole place feel warm and welcoming. And honestly, major shout-out to management. You can tell this hotel is really well maintained, and it makes such a difference in the overall experience. Whether you’re here for business, family fun, or a little of both, this is such a great place to stay. Highly recommend!

There were only a few things to note (at least in the room I was in): the shower was loud and had very little water pressure and every time someone used the restroom in different rooms the toilet would become extremely loud. If you need a quiet room to sleep this can be particularly disruptive. Otherwise I was satisfied with the cleanliness of the room and check in process.
