  I just called to book this hotel for one night and was told it’s a minimum of a 2 night stay. I stayed here for only one night 7 months ago and loved the hotel so much I wanted to come back, but now I will be sure to never rebook here even if it’s for multiple nights because of this new ridiculous policy. They will loose a lot of business for this and rightly so, some people only need one night. I will be staying at another nice hotel down the road who had no problem with a one night stay.

  We stayed here in route for a longer road trip. Most hotels in the area were completely booked. We paid $237 for a room with no hot water. Maybe this was due to the hotel being completely booked, but regardless this was a gross price to pay for something lacking basic accommodations. No, we did not bring this up to the staff as this was the end of a 20+ hour travel day and we just wanted to get to sleep. Clean hotel, rooms were nice but I can’t get over the price. I think they were gouged due to some convention in town.

  Had an amazing time my whole stay but Patrice at the bar/ restaurant was extraordinarily amazing with her service memory of what you like and offering good ideas for drinks and meals that they make very well here. She didn’t miss at all everything she recommending was amazing .. mostly her service was exceptional only being here 2 days while she was working remembered everything I did and didn’t like . Can’t say enough as far as service from the many hotels I’ve stayed at.. lastly a special mention for Jaime she was in training while I was there and in my opinion trained me by the best… both did an amazing job couldn’t recommend enough .

  Jalisa Lyndsay- Server- was great. Very nice and polite, very helpful. On the other hand the lady that ran the front desk at check in a 4 pm, short black curly hair, glasses. Black women. Was very rude, not friendly. There was dirt on the floor and under the bed, and toothpaste on the sink spicket.

  Hotel indigo Harrisburg-Hershey is a great location with clean, comfortable and sound proof rooms. However, I’m disappointed I check out at the end of March and still haven’t received my deposit from my stay. After reaching out to the hotel no one can explain to me why my deposit has been held and still being held at this current time. If you book here please be sure to have your deposit release on the same day as check out. I rated this hotel a 7 and the general manger message me for more details about my rating, when I called/message them to inquire about my deposit no one has contacted me to address my concern.
