  Room was just ok but we booked a king room and they put us in a double queen room. Would not move us when we pointed this out. They screwed up our reservation and Anthony, the manager on duty, promised to refund the difference of over $200 and he even printed a statement with that information. Never received a refund. My wife tried to contact them multiple times but no one would answer. Finally got a response but they still refused to refund even with the printed statement as proof. We have put in a dispute with the credit card company and hope we can resolve it that way. They were having other issues that day when we were checking in and blamed it on their "new system". We were very patient with them and never raised our voices. They seemed to care when we were there but, did not want to talk to us once we were out of their hotel. Very poor customer service. Will not be staying there or any other Holiday Inn for that matter. Too many other choices that are much better. Avoid this hotel if at all possible.

  Let's start from the beginning, 1: checking in: when we check in Friday evening, only 1 staff at the desk, we lined up as 2 customers was waiting, then when when it's our turn : he said: checking in? ( no greetings no even a smile ). 2. Room : may be it's our mistake or not we found ourselves in a handicap room, bathroom sliding door keeps open by it self ( no privacy). Shower head too low. 3. Rereceptionist attitude: I went to the reception desk to check why we are in a handicap room. He started giving me an bad attitude that it's my mistake when I did the reservation. I didn't denied but I tried to explain to him that I didn't know that it's a handicap room at the moment. He kept argue with me never said sorry that you re not satisfied in the romm or anything to make me chill. I walk away to the lobby and turned back again to him saying: excuse me sir you gave an attitude and didn't talk to me nicely He raised his voice and started responding to me rudely and said to me ( you can leave the hotel if you like)

  This will hotel is dated to really use some upgrades. A lot of small things coming apart. Got a lot of other options in this area. If I had to choose again I would not choose this one

  This is one of the worse holiday inn locations I’ve stayed at. First off, it’s just very old and outdated. It doesn’t seem like any renovations have ever been done on the property. Second, there’s nowhere to fill a water bottle. They have a space in the gym but no water. Only option is to buy a $4 bottle of water which is just odd. Every hotel I’ve been in at least has a water fountain. We got there at midnight and the employee that checked us in was nice but confused and said our stay was split in two and that we would have to check out the next morning and then check back in for the next 2 days. Went to front desk and the morning and they said everything was fine and no need to do that. Weird situation. Room was fine but definitely could have been cleaner. Bathrooms are very small. All that said, it was very cheap and it was somewhere to sleep.
