    Not impressed. AC/Heating system did not work - broken thermostat. Average cleanliness. Not terrible for the price. With all the other hotels in this area I would book somewhere else.

    As an executive who travels more than 250 days a year, I’ve experienced a wide range of hospitality standards, and unfortunately, this establishment fell short primarily due to the bar service. The bartender appeared far more interested in her phone and casual conversation with a guest at the corner of the bar than in providing professional service. It took far too long to be acknowledged, and when she finally did engage, her attitude was indifferent and unwelcoming. There was no sense of customer awareness, product knowledge, or professionalism expected from anyone representing a hospitality brand. The rest of the staff provided acceptable service, which shows that the issue seems isolated to the bar. Still, the bar is often the centerpiece of a guest’s first impression and in this case, it set a poor tone for the entire experience. A lack of training, attentiveness, and accountability was evident from start to finish. Management should take a closer look at bar operations, particularly in staff engagement and service training. Establishing stronger standards for professionalism, guest awareness, and communication could turn an average experience into a memorable one. Until these issues are addressed, this location risks losing repeat business from travelers who expect reliability, consistency, and hospitality that reflects genuine care for guests.
