I was greeted personally in the lobby, my questions were answered cheerfully, and my room was always refreshed with fresh towels. My only note is that the suite needed a more thorough clean upon arrival. However, the professionalism and warmth of the staff completely overshadowed this. They created a level of rapport and genuine care that I rarely experience, making the hotel absolutely worth it.

One elevator was broken and it took forever to catch a ride. We then decide to go down stairs to the restaurant and order dinner we and wait almost an hour to receive our meal. There was a total of 7 people there in the restaurant and most were just drinking alcohol. It was two hamburgers that we waited for . When they arrived they were lukewarm and the cheese was not even melted on it. They gave my spouse a Diet Coke that was almost the color of a Carmel color sprite and then at 600 in the morning the fire alarm went off and woke us up. I was happy to check out at 8 am.

I tried to talk to the manager about this and she was rude and wouldn’t compensate anything for the uber or future stays. Won’t be staying here again, there are plenty of hotels that offer the very thing they are advertising.
