  My stay here was short but I’ve never felt so comfortable in a hotel. Betsy at the front desk was an absolute pleasure to see everytime I came to the lobby! Would 10/10 stay again

  Listen, I’m a simple person. You give me a swivel chair and a waffle maker that doesn't require a PhD to operate, and you’ve won my heart. This Home2 Suites is dangerously comfortable. I planned on seeing the Pennsylvania State Capitol, but the bed was so cozy I ended up just watching HGTV and pretending the suite was my own tiny apartment. If you see someone weeping while checking out, it’s me. I didn't want to leave the salt-water pool.

  We enjoyed our stay Betsy at the front was an absolute Doll she was so sweet helpful and welcoming. The hotel was beautiful but with customer service like Betsy offered I would stay here 1000 times over!

  As a solo female traveler, safety is extremely important to me, and unfortunately this hotel failed in that regard multiple times. The first incident occurred when I was just getting out of the shower. My room door suddenly opened, and it turned out to be a vendor entering the room. I was completely undressed and had to quickly hide under the sheets and blankets. This was terrifying and should never happen under any circumstances. Just two days later, I returned from my work shift to find my room door left wide open by housekeeping, with no way of knowing how long it had been open. Once again, my personal safety and belongings were put at risk. These were not isolated or minor issues—they were repeated failures involving room access and guest security. The lack of proper controls, communication, and accountability is deeply concerning. Because of these experiences, I do not recommend this hotel, especially to solo travelers or women who value basic safety and privacy.
