On the plus side the staff was very friendly and overall the place was clean and neat. We found the beds and pillows very uncomfortable due to their complete lack of support, but that could just be a personal preference. That said, I likely would have rated the hotel much higher, but the front desk apparently gave someone else our room number and key by mistake, and I was very much surprised when those folks walked into our room at 2am while we were all sleeping. Lesson learned to always use the deadbolts in a hotel. I was also very disappointed that the front desk never reached out to apologize for that issue.

My first room smelled like someone had poured cologne all over the carpet. It was almost like the previous guest was trying to hide the fact they had smoked in the room because the bathroom had a faint smell of cigarettes. Over the course of 16 hours I found 6 bugs in my room (see photos). Harmless bugs, but still, bugs. Between that and the suffocating smell of cologne I asked to switch rooms. The front desk person was very nice and apologetic. No issues with the staff at the hotel. All were helpful. However, my second room was a handicap accessible room which was VERY spacious. No bugs. But I did find pubic hair on the bathroom floor along with, not one, but TWO very thick toenails on the carpet in front of the pullout couch. In general, I feel hotel cleaning staff are usually overworked and underpaid. I travel A LOT for work and know people are disgusting, especially when they don't have to clean up their own mess. I understand no one is perfect, but this place was 0 for 2 on this trip. Overall, I would not reccommend.

Home2Suites is my girlfriends favorite hotel chain so we only go there. We come from South Jersey and traveled over 2hrs to stay here so we could see the Night Lights Lantern Festival. We were so excited to have our stay. The building is new I heard and it looks beautiful. When we walked in the staff was very welcoming. Unfortunately as soon as we walked in our room the window and behind the tv had a few bugs on it. We went back to tell the front desk and they switched the rooms for us. The manager explained that it's a new building that's built where there's bugs nearby that would want to come inside now that it's getting colder and that they're working on addressing the issue. Our new room was totally fine. No issues at all. Beautiful rooms with new everything. The floor was quiet enough. Nobody bothered us, we felt taken care of and felt very safe. The location is great it's near major roads, a gas station and restaurants. Now let me talk about Ms. Betsy at front desk. She is the most accommodating and welcoming person we could ever wish for. She made so much of an effort to make sure my girlfriend and I were okay! She is so amazingly positive and kind I wish more people were like her. Every time we saw her she was so nice to us. As visitors from a different state, her energy was very appreciated. Stuff like that is why we only want to stay at Home2Suites. She embodies the true spirit of what customer service should be. We had a fun time at the Lantern Festival but one of our memories that we'll keep is our experience with Ms Betsy. She was that kind to us. We went away on vacation because I have a serious illness and we never get to do nice things with each other. This stay at Home2Suites helped us in more ways than one. P.S. on our way out we did see the Orkin man there to treat the building for the bug issue. They said they would address it and they did. I can't lie and say they didn't. This place is wonderful and I would come back again.

Brand new hotel, huge rooms, great breakfast options, great gym, only bad part is odd number rooms sit on a busy road and the sound of the cars is LOUD. Get an even numbered room. I tried to switch to another room upon check in at 8pm, and even though the parking lot was 1/4 full, they claimed the hotel was sold out with no available rooms. I found that hard to believe.
