  Nick the manager remembered us from previous stays. It is nice to be recognized on his wallboard. We have been at this hotel several times. Clean rooms, well lit and easy access. Martha in the kitchen, put together a real good breakfast, bacon, pancakes eggs and all the fixings. Great value for the price. It is a good waypoint just off I-81 exit 77 close to Harrisburg Pa.

  Pleasant stay at Holiday Inn express, very spacious room, super comfortable bed, great night of sleep, hot breakfast, super friendly front desk and catering staff that took care of us. Special shout out to Nipul who manages the property for going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay.

  Nick was our host at this clean, updated Holiday Inn! Very welcoming and helpful! The breakfast was great and the rooms we very clean and cheery. Perfect location right off 81 south!

  We had an amazing stay at the Holiday Inn in Harrisburg. Everything about our experience was excellent and all the services were outstanding. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. A special thank you to the owner Nick Shah who was incredibly caring, friendly, and genuinely kind. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and happy. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well maintained, and hygiene standards were clearly a top priority. Everything felt fresh, organized, and very comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is in a great location, very close to all the major attractions in Harrisburg, which made getting around very easy. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

  Our stay at the Holiday Inn Express Harrisburg I-81 – Hershey was absolutely wonderful from the very beginning to the very end. Check-in was smooth, easy, and genuinely pleasant thanks to the manager, Nick. From the moment we arrived, he and his staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We were greeted with warm smiles and treated more like friends or family than hotel guests. Nick even came around the desk into the lobby to talk with our two boys, asking their names and how they were doing — a small gesture that made a huge impression on us. Throughout the evening, as we came and went, we were greeted with the same kindness and enthusiasm every single time by Nick and his staff. It never felt forced — just truly genuine hospitality. The next morning during breakfast, Nick remembered us and checked in to see how our evening went and if we needed anything. Once again, he took time to talk with our boys, handing out high-fives and putting huge smiles on their faces. That level of personal attention is rare and deeply appreciated. We travel to this area from New Jersey a few times a year to visit Hersheypark and surrounding attractions and have stayed at this hotel in the past. What was missing during previous stays was exactly what we experienced this time — Nick and his incredible team. We learned during this visit that the property was purchased last year and that Nick and his staff have since taken over management. **What an enormous improvement and a fantastic change for all future guests, both returning and new.** Thank you a million times over to Nick and his staff for making our stay so memorable. Now that we know who is running this hotel, we will absolutely go out of our way to stay here every single time before even considering another location or hotel brand. Highly, highly recommend!
