  Nick was very helpful in every way. The service was the best I’ve seen in a long time. The breakfast was top notch. Every staff member I had contact with were extremely kind and professional. The room was clean and well kept I had several operations over the last year. Unfortunately I tripped over my own feet. The manager Nick came to my aid within a minute and he and another staff gently helped me to my feet. Whenever I’m in Harrisburg, I will stay here. The property looks brand new. The staff are attentive and kind. If you need a place to stay, you will not be disappointed with this Holiday Inn!!

Location: The hotel is conveniently located near major highways, making it easy to access downtown Harrisburg, Hershey attractions, and nearby restaurants. It’s ideal for both business travelers and families visiting the area. Room & Cleanliness: The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The bedding was fresh, and the mattress provided a good night’s sleep. Housekeeping standards were consistent, and the bathroom was stocked with essential toiletries. Amenities: • Complimentary breakfast with good variety (eggs, pancakes, cereals, coffee, etc.) • Free Wi-Fi with stable connection • Ample parking • Business-friendly setup for remote work Service: Front desk staff were courteous and check-in/check-out was smooth. Any minor requests were handled promptly. Overall Experience: A reliable, budget-friendly stay with consistent Holiday Inn Express standards. Great option if you’re visiting Harrisburg or planning a trip to Hershey. I would consider staying here again.   We had a fantastic stay! The super clean rooms were a highlight, making us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. This is easily the best place to live close to the freeway, offering incredible convenience for travelers without sacrificing a quiet night's sleep. The lovely and experienced staff truly went above and beyond, providing professional and warm service throughout our visit. To top it all off, they serve the best hot breakfast we’ve had at a hotel, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day right. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality and convenience!

  We recently stayed at Holiday Inn while visiting Hershey’s Chocolate World and it was such a wonderful experience. From the moment we walked in, Nick made us feel so welcome. He immediately gave us a map and shared helpful information about nearby attractions, which made planning our visit so much easier. It truly set the tone for our stay. During breakfast, he went above and beyond, making sure everything was fully stocked and that all the guests were happy and comfortable. The rest of the staff was equally amazing. They organized a fun Valentine’s night with bingo, free munchkins, coffee and even a lucky draw! It was such a thoughtful touch and made the stay extra special. The lady with glasses (I wish I remembered her name!) did a fantastic job hosting bingo and made sure everyone was having a great time. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The hotel is very family friendly and the heated pool was a big plus. Overall, it was the perfect place for a little staycation. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area.
