It seems the quality of Holiday Inn Express has steadily went downhill in the last 2 to 3 years. Maybe that's management that franchises them, maybe that's the franchisee themselves. Whatever it is, they aren't as good as they were a few short years ago.

The showerheads were covered in hard water and soap scum, the beds were uncomfortable and lumpy, the "firm" pillows were just barely firmer then their soft pillows, and the breakfast bar was horrible. They had stale bread, the bananas were opened, and the fridge they had with milk and yogurt had sour milk and curdled yogurt. The marketplace had almost nothing in it, and what they did have was overpriced. A Stouffer's TV dinner for $8?! Save your money, go somewhere else.

Didn’t identify himself responded with “what “? What did he think I wanted? He said he wasn’t going to argue with me? Maybe some staff training is in order.

Tall ceilings, clean floors. I was very impressed with the rooms. Breakfast is above average continental. Not the usual 2 choices + waffle. 10/10 stay NO ALCOHOL ALLOWED ON PREMISES. As per management rules. Which i think is a great thing, bc the rooms smell fresh. Don't have that stale sweat moisture in the air.
