  Hotel is in just the right location for my work: close to I-81, I-83 and 15. Plenty of stores, gas, restaurants and shopping nearby.

  Old hotel. Beds sucked. They were not comfortable and they were way too tall. I'm almost 6ft and needed a ladder to get in bed.

  Hotel was average and clean. Good location for the PA farm show in January.

  For the price this was a great hotel. The whole place looked clean and there was no strong smell good or bad, which was nice. The guy at the desk was courteous and respectful. Room neighbors were mostly quiet and then silent after midnight. The breakfast had a large, good selection of food including fresh eggs, bacon, and sausage. My only gripe is that there side door card swiped didn't work during the nighttime.

  Keep in mind when you check in you have to pay a 50 dollar incidental ok not bad I’m originally told it will take up to 5 days for your refund excluding weekends. I said ok. 5th day comes nothing. I call asking if I checked out wrong because I’m not understanding why this is still pending. Now it’s 7-10 days. It’s currently the 9th day I called to speak to the general manager and instead of speaking directly to her she relays the message to the front desk telling me I have to wait 2-3 more days more again excluding weekends. I go up there again now I’m told 30-35 days. Still have not spoken to the general manager. So my experience is starting not to be a good one. If my bank is telling me they have not release the funds and you’re saying it is released then what’s the issue. I shouldn’t have to keep calling for a refund when I was told 5 days. And if I’m not mistaken I feel like I know who the manager is and that I spoke to her originally after the 5 days and she seemed very short with me. I let that go as well because maybe I perceived it wrong. My thing is they don’t know what people are going through. I am also an ihg member so to have to wait 30+ days especially when I had plans to continuously use them while I work is very frustrating. No other hotel do I have to wait 30 days including holiday in . I will be taking this all the way to corporate.
