From the time we arrived, the staff were on, nice and helpful. I would like to specifically like to mention a few people that were extra helpful and nice. Caren was the first person we met. She was so nice showing us the way (as were weren't sure how to get to the front desk). We saw her later at the 1700 hostess desk. Caleb at the A-Lib restaurant was a very nice server. The front desk Miguel, Ty Qucn (sorry, not sure of the spelling) were very professional and nice too. Brandon (front desk) who I spoke with and he helped me figure out how/where to leave comments so the staff will know they were appreciated. Thanks again for a great stay, Cyndi

1st, the parking garage is a bit confusing your first time in. The elevator is a bit old and the levels and where they lead leaves you with questions, not answers. The walk once you get off is undesirable. Once at the restaurant, the atmosphere is tasteful. The bartender was sure of himself, the waiter was a pro, and the food left you wanting your favorite restaurant because it was a flop. From the app to the New York strip was disappointing. The best thing I ordered was the wine. Thank goodness for that.

Exceptional Stay at Hilton Harrisburg! We absolutely loved our experience at the Hilton Harrisburg! From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully appointed—truly a perfect blend of comfort and style. The location is ideal, with easy access to downtown attractions, restaurants, and the riverfront. We especially appreciated the on-site dining options and the cozy ambiance throughout the hotel. Everything felt thoughtfully designed to make guests feel at home. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, this hotel is a fantastic choice. We’ll definitely be back

How could one of the biggest names in "hospitality" have a restroom labeled as handicap accessible when a person in a wheelchair with an extended leg support cannot possibly open the door? There's really no need for this door at all because there are room partitions that make the door unnecessary (and also unsanitary because it requires hands to operate the latch). EDIT: I later chatted with Brandon and Rachel at the front desk, who were very personable and, I believe, sincere in their concern for this problem along with our room's linen supply snafu. They were convinced that the accessibility deficiency will have been properly addressed by the time my square dancing group returns next year. For that reason, I have bumped up my rating from 2 stars to 5, but I have saved a calendar reminder to check next year to see if their prediction was correct. If not, down to 1 star this review will go.

Shoutout to the Hilton Harrisburg Team 🌟 Although my firm was ultimately unable to secure a rate that met our client’s budget preferences, I want to take a moment to commend the Hilton Harrisburg staff for their exceptional customer service and professionalism. From start to finish, their follow-up was timely, their attention to detail was outstanding, and their willingness to collaborate truly stood out. The team went above and beyond to explore every possible option to make the group’s stay comfortable—even during peak season. They were thoughtful about key needs such as accessibility, allergies, and comfort, and even shared details about their upcoming renovations to ensure our group could make an informed decision. While my clients did chose another property for this event, I can confidently say that the Hilton Harrisburg team exemplifies hospitality done right. Thank you for your dedication and care—you made a lasting impression!
