Lindsay Boyd from Guest Services was amazing. She took the time to really look into what happened, explained everything clearly, and followed through until the issue was fully resolved. Thanks to her help, both charges were corrected and my refund was processed quickly. I really appreciate Lindsay’s time, effort, and professionalism. She made what could have been a stressful situation very smooth.
