He helped so much in fixing a small booking error that I made and got us into an accessible room which was perfect for my mom. He was a great representation of the Hampton/Hilton brand - friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re staying in the area.

My room was missing basic amenities, including a hair dryer. The work chair was visibly dirty and unsanitary. The room phone did not work, and repeated calls to the front desk from my personal cell phone went unanswered. There were also bugs in both the bathroom and the room. I have photos documenting these issues. Because my schedule was tied to a full conference agenda and early mornings, I did not have time to address these problems with the front desk during checkout. That said, these are not minor inconveniences. Early one freezing morning, I spent a significant amount of time searching for a hair dryer and attempting to contact the front desk, eventually leaving with wet hair and no assistance. I reached out to Hilton after my stay to report these issues and express my disappointment, especially given that I will be traveling to this area regularly. Unfortunately, I did not receive any response. Based on this experience, I will not be choosing this property again. I also want to note that I emailed this feedback directly to Hilton and was issued a case number, but no one ever reached out to follow up or resolve the issue. Due to the lack of response, I am now posting this review publicly on Google along with photos so others are aware of the level of service provided at this property.
