- SDSeth DickersonNov 12, 20252.0Not terribly impressed. I’ve stayed at over 100 Hampton Inns and this is one of the worst. Little spots on the walls, little spots on the thermostat, dirty phone (yes I had to use it), broken drain in the sink, peeling toilet seat, dirt in the corners of the chair, bits of paper on the phone. No digital key, had to figure out why the DirecTV wouldn’t work at first (the plug was bent), bathroom door doesn’t close, no heat in my room on a cold night (but I was given another room immediately, which was nice), paint spots on the mirror, room door had a big scratch in it. All things I would expect at a lower tier motel and not at Hampton Inn. Perhaps I’ll ask for a room on the 1st or 2nd floor next time, I think the 3rd must have all of the crappy rooms.

This is not only a health hazard but ruined my entire stay. Do NOT stay here unless you want to take pests home with you. This needs to be addressed immediately by the management.
- EEEbbOct 4, 20255.0The rooms are beautiful. The pool is very sanitary. All of the workers were very nice and helpful. Room service came in about 1-5 minutes. The veiw was awesome.
