  I like Hampton Inns and will stay there as a preference. This Hotel did not disappoint. It offers clean rooms and comfortable beds. Our check in staff member, Crystal, was super friendly and helpful. It’s in a convenient location near the highway and the Hershey area and all Harrisburg areas. The breakfast can be busy but was nice with lots of choices. The coffee was amazing!

  Mixed experience. On the positive side, the staff was incredibly friendly and the breakfast was great. However, Room 232 was disappointing. The "Queen" bed was actually a Full-sized mattress, the shower ran cold after only 5-10 minutes, and the bathroom barn-style door provided zero privacy, which was a issue when staying with family. Disappointing to have the room amenities fall so short of the description.

  We were up for the Farm Show, you know they say 1st impressions are important, that being said, Shelly is the best employee ever, I mean it, you have a keeper, the room was good, I was laid up sick for a day and a half, the breakfast was sufficient, my wife got juices and light stuff for to eat, other than that it was a great experience, will definitely be back

  A truly lovely stay at the Hampton Inn in Harrisburg East. It was my first time at the Pennsylvania Farm Show.The hotel was impeccably clean, comfortable, and welcoming. A special Thank You to Shawna at the front desk—her warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made the experience feel effortlessly elevated. Another Thank You to Albert who checked me in, and was very welcoming. I would happily return and highly recommend this property for a Great Experience. Especially in Customer Service!

  We originally booked a stay at the Comfort Inn down the street and were very disappointed in the condition of our rooms. We immediately checked out and checked it to the Hampton Inn. We couldn’t be more pleased with our decision. The front desk, everyday, greeted us with a smile and a friendly chat, even remembering my grandsons by first name.The room was spacious and clean, with a modern updated feel. After a day trip to the Farm show, we came back to a tidy room with our grandson’s Mickey Mouse taking a nap on his pillow, super cute. We were staying with 2 very active toddler boys that can be a little loud and from the hall it seemed like a quiet whisper. The breakfast was decent with plenty of options, something for every one of all ages. We plan on attending the PA Farm Show next year and won’t look any further than the Hampton Inn for our accommodations. Thank you Hampton Inn for turning a bad start into a pleasant finish.
