Had to wash our clothes several times, aired out our suitcases, laptop bags, all belongings and sprayed lysol on everything to rid the smell. Highly advise no one stays here!!!!!

The bedding wasnt changed, the floor was nasty. I just don't trust this hotel's cleanliness, they seem under staffed and are operating like a mom and pop hotel. If you are gonna stay bring your cleaning supplies and request all new bedding. Also, if you ask for more towels and wash cloths be prepared for them to ask you to bring your soiled dirty ones to get more.

Booked 2 rooms connecting at the same time and transaction so we'd be close to the children. It appeared approved but upon check in the one room was 21X and the other was 30X. Played dumb and didn't offer anything to fix it. Can't wait to share over and over again until everyone avoids this disaster. I actually feel disappointed I didn't look at the reviews, very few common/ real names on the positive reviews. As others have said, be warned!

The property itself was clean, quiet, and convenient, but Amanda’s customer service is what truly elevated this stay from good to memorable. Candlewood Suites is fortunate to have her, and I’ll absolutely choose this location again because of her support and kindness. Highly recommended
