- JJJeffDec 30, 20252.0Elka the hostess in the bar/restaurant is without question one of the rudest service workers we have encountered in a very long time. After an emotionally exhausting weekend, we went down to O'Reillys for breakfast before checking out. The place was practically empty and there was nobody at the hostess stand when we walked in. After waiting several minutes, we figured we're just supposed to seat ourselves and wait for a server to notice us. My wife suggested a table near a window and as we made our way over, the very rude hostess/server (Elka) appeared from the back and indignantly asked us what we were doing. When I explained that we would like to have breakfast, she huffed, grabbed a couple of menus and ordered us to follow her. She then sat us down at a table that had clearly not been wiped off from the last family who had eaten there, despite dozens of other tables being unoccupied. The hotel and the rest of the staff are terrific at the Premier. The very rude hostess and her bad attitude ruined the entire experience for us, unfortunately. If we're not supposed to seat ourselves, then put up a sign explaining so if you're not around when people enter; that would be understandable. And if customer service is not your thing, then find another job that doesn't require you to be at least moderately pleasant with those looking to patron your establishment. Because you never know what they might be going through or experiencing at the time.

After a bad night at a different nearby hotel, we found the best western premier. Amari was top tier with guest care for us. She, as well as all other staff members helped us immensely and made what would have normally been a tough visit to the area as lovely as possible. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. We will be staying here anytime we are In the area. Thank you best western premier.

The lobby was gorgeous and the pool was cleanly kept and you could smell the chlorine. The staff was beyond helpful and very friendly! The price couldn't be beat!
