Was first put in a room where other people were already staying, which we found out when we walked in and there was stuff everywhere. Then we were put in a room that was freezing and it was hard to figure out how to adjust the temperature, which the only options were cold, hot, and off. Breakfast was minimal and I believe we had to pay for that separately. Halls smelled like weed and you could hear the people in the rooms very loudly. Our shower was the worst jet water pressure I've ever had, it was painful being under it. Toilet wouldn't flush usually. Curtains didn't close. There was no parking space.

Always outside on their phone or back in the office. My mom's room got canceled because her flight was delayed 3 hours, then they gave her a room key for a room that was locked from the inside, causing them to have to change rooms the next day. My Uncle got a room with a backed up toilet and they handed him a plunger, when he told them he would charge them 35 dollars to use it and they wouldn't like where he would stick it they gave him a new room. My mom booked a meeting room and brunch for Sunday morning and when confirming the room they told her, we don't do that. We will never again use a Best Western.
