  The rooms were updated & very clean. Staff at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. The smell of chlorine on the first floor was overwhelming. Beware of the chlorine levels in the pool. We traveled for a youth sports competition and 20+ athletes had chemical burns,, eyes swollen shut,, several asthma attacks & throat swelling due to the hotel pool being "overly" treated. This is a week later and chemical burns are scabbing and peeling,, several still cannot eat anything hot or cold due burns in the throat. Chlorine toxicity led to chlorine poisoning. I understand this was a mistake. Hotel staff finally shut down the pool upon my request. And without hesitation offered to refund our group for our stay. They were very pleasant & apologetic. Would recommend as long as the pool is safe. If you don't plan on swimming then I definitely recommend

  This hotel is always extremely clean. I haven’t been able to find another hotel in the area in this price range that is cleaner! The beds and sheets always feel fresh. Checking in when you are a IHG member is a breeze! The staff is super friendly and…. You can sign into streaming services on the tv!!! I previously reviewed this hotel and mentioned that it wasn’t the cleanest considering it was new at the time but that must have been a one off situation, I’ve stayed here several times since and my experience has been great!

  Fairly new hotel , some cosmetic mess ups in construction. Rooms are considerably small. We went with the king room . No dresser or closet for clothing. Benchs with couple of shelves underneath. We checked in and room was not completely clean by housekeeping , but Manager moved us to a room that was completely ready on second floor away from other patrons. That room was too far of a walk for me being I am handicapped. We asked to be moved to another room and gentleman at desk accommodated us , so we were by the side exit door. Breakfast was nice . Pool water could have been alittle warmer , but was ok once you adjusted to it. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Good for a short stay. Location was close to Hershey chocolate world and park , but everything else was an hour or more drive. Like I said good for a stay for the day since its so close to Hershey park

  Service was excellent (thanks so much Elena-great customer service, friendly & super helpful)! Vinyl wood floors in rooms, comfy beds, modern design. Great for business or leisure. The lobby has a couple of seating areas--a social nook/couch/tv space & a kitchenette for breakfast with several tables & chairs (maybe 9 or so) and a couple of additional seating options. Snacks are available for purchase next to front desk. Has an outdoor table with umbrella as well as a couple of chairs with a side table. The hotel parking lot is a little awkward to get into if you're coming in from one specific direction (barrier to prevent left turn) but overall, the hotel is VERY clean (actually, very new) with great lighting & quiet over all. I noted it had a pool (open until 10pm per the sign) but I did not go see it.

  I must say this was the worst experience staying at this hotel for me and my family for starters. We came in from driving out of town 9 1/2 hours and just wanted to rest our heads previously to checking in. We spoke with someone over the phone stating that we will be able to check in as early as 10 AM when we arrived to check in the front desk attendant gave us our room. The first room smelled like dog and like it wasn’t cleaned so we went back out to the front desk and the front desk attended Jay Was nowhere to be found. We waited for over 20 minutes just to get a new room for him to come back from outside playing on his phone when we told him that we wanted a new room he got an attitude and said there was nothing wrong with our room Then stated I’m already letting you guys check in early so once we finally got to our second room it was infested with ants, but we decided to stay in it because did not want to go And switch rooms again. I called down to the front desk to speak to Jay A couple of blankets and he rudely stated I guess I can give you some blankets but you need to come and get them. I asked him why could he not bring them up being that we were tired from our trip and he stated it wasn’t his job and this was not a full service hotel. fast-forward to the next morning that same front desk attended J came knocking on the door with my five-year-old daughter answered the door. and he stated that he needed to come inside and check our room because the hallway smelled like weed mind you we have two small children in the room, so I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe with him coming in the room, but he insisted and came in our room and started smelling it stating that there’s towels by the door have been smoking weed mind you we took our children to the swimming pool the previous night and left the towels by the door. We filed a complaint through customer service and they said that management will get back to us but management never took the time to call us back when confronting Jay About harassing us during our stay and discriminating against us, he laughed in our face and said it would be fine if we never came back again, even though we were regular customers every single time we came into town To Hershey to visit my son me and my family will never be going back to this hotel again worst experience ever
