  What a great experience! My room was clean and felt very comfortable, but the real highlight was the staff—they were so nice and clearly knew the area well. It’s always a pleasure to stay somewhere where the team is both friendly and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again

  Wanted a little getaway with my significant other to unwind from the hustle and bustle of everyday life but to still be close to home if need be. This was the PERFECT choice in properties. Nila and Kenny have made us feel so welcome, comfortable and right at home. We've even ended up staying longer then we booked just for the fact everything was so perfect and we just didn't want to leave the stress free environment and go back to the monotony of life. We will ABSOLUTELY be back sooner rather then later!! Keep up the amazing work guy's! Your awesome!

  The Ultimate Home Away from Home I stayed here for a week while on a business trip, and I couldn't have been more impressed. Having a full kitchen with a stovetop and dishwasher made a world of difference—I actually got to cook real meals instead of eating out every night. The Lending Locker is a genius touch; I was able to borrow a blender for my morning smoothies! The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the staff went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Highly recommend for anyone looking for more than just a standard hotel room.

  The worst hotel I've stayed at! 1) Upon exiting the elevator to the 2nd floor, we were greeted by bad smell and garbage right in front of the elevator door. 2) Before entering our room, there's dirty linen and towels beside our door. 3) Inside the bedroom, the pillows did not have pillow cases. 4) Dishwasher was not unloaded. I was told to unload them ourselves. 5) There were not enough towels in the bathroom as well. 6) There was no shower gel in the bathroom. 7) All the tvs in the hotel were not working. 8) Was planning to use the stairs to go back down and there was trash all over the stairs. Please stay away from this hotel. Additional comment: Owner just sent a generic response. Noticed it's the same response to all the complaints. The problem is no real concrete action is being taken.
