    Staff friendly, but rooms were very dirty. The carpet had not been vacuumed, Dust balls and dead insect in the entrance. We pulled out 3 long black hairs from the bed (I wonder if the sheets were even changed). The shower had black long hair in it. The breakfast provided was so cheep the food didn't get replenished, not even enough to accommodate the guests waiting to eat. They didn't even provide dishes but a cut up to go container. Not sure what is up with the black long hair everywhere it was even in the holder with the jellies at the buffet. The staff member in charge of replenishing the breakfast items and cleaning the tables used the same gloves for the buffet as she did clearing the tables and whipping down the tables. Not very hygiene, gloves need to be changed when going from germs to touching food. I do not recommend this hotel.

    Walked in. No one was at the desk. 10/15 minutes go by and someone finally comes out of the elevator. She was helping someone fix their tv. (Why is there only one person in the whole place?) She gets me checked in. Gives me two keys. I go to the room, the door unlocks (turns blue) but won’t open. I try like 3 more times. Turn around back to the elevator try a random room on my way back to it and it turned red so my room door was unlocking but not opening. I get to the elevator and she comes out and says she saw me on the cameras. (There’s a camera like every 10 ft, idk if that makes you feel better or worse). she takes the keys. Goes to open it. Does the same thing. She pushes on it like 4 times and it finally opens. Hands me the keys back. I try and open it and it’s doing the same thing, unlocking but not opening. I told her I wasn’t doing this all night. So she takes the same two keys and opens the room next to me. I was like why do the same keys open multiple doors and she was like no I just keyed them like that to show you the room (ummmm what?). She takes both keys and tells me she’s going to get new keys. I told her I don’t feel safe I don’t want to stay. She tells me I’m safe. There’s no one else on the floor and she’s a woman too. And then she leaves. The room she put me in the folding luggge holder was in the middle of the room. The sofa couch didn’t seat properly so the cushions are sitting 3 inches off the couch. I called the cc company and told them what was going on. They said they’d call the hotel but the hotel is the one that has to refund. So they call and are told it’ll be 30/40 minutes before the manager calls back. He has to approve the refund. I go sit in the lobby. She’s staring at me like I have a third eye, like I was crazy for feeling like I did. I ask her how long and she tells me the manager is probably in a meeting, he’s not answering. It was 630pm…… but sure a meeting. I doubt I’ll see a refund. But there was no way I was staying there. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable.

    First off the guy working up front was asleep took forever to wake him up. Can’t understand anything he was saying. Get to the room the toilet is just running water won’t flush sorry housekeeping won’t stay here again

    Best western doesn't honor reservations and all of their after hours reps are generally disagreeable when they fail to meet agreements. I've never seen a less professional or helpful staff pretty much anywhere.

    The location was perfect. The counter and mirror in the bathroom was not clean. We cleaned it ourselves. The mattresses did not have mattress casings on them!! Not one of the vending machines worked on any of the floors. Working washer and dryer was a plus and the breakfast food was good.
