    The room was very humid and smelled damp. But then about 3 days before I was leaving I saw a roach crawl across the second bed!!!! I had a big problem with that because they can come home with you and I didn't want that. I spoke to the lady at the front desk and she said she made a note, I checked when I came back later in the day the night person didn't even know what I was talking about!!! Ugghhh I said I need them to clean my room ASAP and call whoever exterminates the rooms. I had to go to the Walmart and buy some spray because I won't be able to sleep now. Very upsetting and I will not stay there again. Oh and they told me they would comp me some points but that never happened because the room was CLC but that doesn't matter they could of still did it.

    Hi there, my room has a strong of dog pee, even with the A/C working. I couldn't rest properly.

    Mixed review. The staff was great, the included buffet breakfast was well done and well maintained. The room, not so great. The carpet needs shampooing, the refrigerator was noisy, the shower ran out of hot water every morning, the suspended ceiling straps in the bathroom are rusted, there is mold all around the top of the shower where wallpaper meets the shower surround. The beds and pillows were decent, the TV worked well, and the daily cleaning service was well done. Overall, not my choice for future stays.

    I'll start by saying the staff was courteous, and professional. The hotel is feeling dated, especially with all the remodeling going on around the country. A little bit bummed out no bagels at breakfast, but I do appreciate the blueberry yogurt. As many places have only strawberry. They have the new coffee machines which in my opinion are too slow and create a log jam at the coffee. I'm sure it requires less man hours and waste to keep fresh coffee, bring back the pump. The room decor echoes the outdated sentiment. Nice TV & comfortable pillows. Curtains do not stay closed. Needs to be updated to offset rails that overlap. The location is great if you're doing business in Hanover.
