Decent room. Clean. Had small renovations. My biggest problem was the lack of light in the room. Also there was a sliding barn door for the bathroom which was cute but there was no privacy because of the gap all around the door. A pull curtain would be more private. One can hear every flush and fart made in there and there is nothing to block the smells from seeping into the room and traumatizing the other people in you room.

I stay in hotels 10 months of the year working all over, and the night clerk Dennis at this location is terrible. I had extremely bad muscle cramps and we t down and asked for a few bananas, because the fruit basket that was out had none in it. He said it was against company policy for him to go in the kitchen. WHAt???? Then he removed the fruit that was out andput it in the kitchen. He was also parked in a no parking zone all night. What about that policy Dennis?

I've stayed at this hotel a lot of times for work and it's fine. The staff is friendly and helpful, the complimentary, hot breakfast is good, and the location is good with a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. However, the beds and pillows are not very comfortable and the walls are incredibly thin. Even a TV on medium volume can be clearly heard through the walls. Overall, it's a fine business hotel for short stays if you just need basic accomodations in Hanover itself.

I frequently travel for work and I prefer Hilton brand hotels. This is hands down the most hospitable place I have ever stayed, regardless of brand. Zoreida and Jess are top-tier people and know how to make anyone feel welcome. 11/10 all day long...
