  There are many other places to stay in the area and I would opt to stay in any one of them but here. The sheets were dirty and had hair and stains on them, the shower was disgusting and unclean, and the ceiling was infested with peeling paint and mold. There is a stench that pervades the entire place, and it is extremely nauseating. Would NOT recommend staying here unless absolutely desperate

  I recently stayed at SureStay by Best Western Grove City and would like to provide a formal account of my experience. On April 10, 2026, I arrived expecting a comfortable and restful stay in preparation for a business engagement the following day. Upon entering the hotel lobby, I immediately observed that the carpeting appeared heavily soiled and inadequately maintained, accompanied by a noticeable and unpleasant odor. After checking in and entering my assigned room, I encountered a strong smell that seemed to be a combination of bleach and an additional unpleasant odor. Due to these conditions, I returned to the front desk to request a room change. However, I was informed that no alternative rooms were available, as the property was nearly fully booked. Instead, I was advised that staff would address the issue by spraying the room with a deodorizing product. Given the circumstances and lack of alternative accommodations, I reluctantly remained in the room. The conditions were sufficiently uncomfortable that I chose to sleep fully clothed and without using the bedding. Overall, I found the level of cleanliness and customer service to be unsatisfactory. The condition of both the room and common areas, combined with the handling of my concerns, did not meet reasonable expectations for hospitality. Based on this experience, I would not choose to stay at this property again.

  I had a great experience staying at SureStay by Best Western Grove City. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making the stay very relaxing. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the check-in process was quick and easy. The location is convenient for nearby shopping and dining, which was a big plus. Overall, it’s a solid and affordable option, and I would definitely stay here again.
