- GIGoran IvanovDec 24, 20255.0We stayed here on a trip to New York. I must say that this was one of the best experiences I've ever had at a hotel. Firstly, every part of the hotel was clean. Even the window siding (a place that is usually neglected). The staff was kind, and perhaps my favorite part was the breakfast. They had hot, fresh food and everything from potatoes, scrambled eggs, pancakes made fresh, sausage, bacon, biscuits, gravy, deserts, and everything you can imagine made fresh. The carpets were new, the room was nice and big, and I also must mention how big the shower was. Very comfortable.

Needs to post signs to keep property quiet during nighttime. Do not stay at this property if you need good rest. Manager and her team concerned only with bookings, not quality.

We stayed at Holiday Inn Express Greencastle and were treated extremely well until we checked out this morning.I left a tip for housekeeping in the envelope provided because we were impressed with the housekeeping services. Jennifer at the front desk became exasperated when my husband asked her for a printed receipt as if it was a great imposition for her. She was also put out with me when I returned my card and was not sure of our room number. Sad that she ruined what could have been a 5 star stay for us.
