We had a great, last minute stay here on our roadtrip down to NC. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, even when checking in later in the evening. I had my puppy with us, and honestly I was a bit nervous about staying in a pet-friendly room…but I was pleasantly surprised! It was extremely clean, zero smell, nice hard wood floors, and big enough for us to be comfortable for our stay. If I had to give one complaint, it would be that my bed was as hard as a rock😂 but I know some people prefer a firm mattress, so thats just my opinion (reason for 4/5 stars)! The complimentary breakfast the next morning was awesome, SO many options for all dietary preferences!! The fruit was fresh, the food was hot, and again super clean area. I would 100% stay here again as cleanliness is super important to me, and I’m glad we had such a nice experience after a very stressful roadtrip day.

We stayed here on a trip to New York. I must say that this was one of the best experiences I've ever had at a hotel. Firstly, every part of the hotel was clean. Even the window siding (a place that is usually neglected). The staff was kind, and perhaps my favorite part was the breakfast. They had hot, fresh food and everything from potatoes, scrambled eggs, pancakes made fresh, sausage, bacon, biscuits, gravy, deserts, and everything you can imagine made fresh. The carpets were new, the room was nice and big, and I also must mention how big the shower was. Very comfortable.
