This was, without exaggeration, one of the most miserable and unacceptable hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Calling this place a “hotel” honestly feels generous. It was a complete disaster in every possible way. At one point, there was a gas smell—yes, a gas smell—which is not just an inconvenience, it’s a serious safety hazard. No one addressed it in a reassuring or professional way, which made it even worse. Then, unbelievably, there was no water for a period of time. No showers, no sinks, nothing. Basic functionality that any halfway decent hotel should guarantee was just… nonexistent. As if that wasn’t enough, the fire alarm went off, adding even more chaos to an already terrible situation. There was little to no communication, no sense of urgency, and no professionalism from the staff. It felt like no one had any idea what they were doing. The environment was just as bad. Kids were running wild through the halls, screaming and causing constant noise, and staff completely ignored it. It was impossible to relax, sleep, or enjoy anything about the stay. And the staff? Shockingly rude. Instead of helping, they made unnecessary and unprofessional comments that only made everything worse. It genuinely felt like they couldn’t care less about guests or their experience. But the most ridiculous part of all of this is that after dealing with safety concerns, zero water, nonstop noise, and horrible service, they still refused to offer any kind of refund or compensation. That alone shows how little they value their customers. This place is a complete joke.

There was no water in the room for a day the food sucked the workers there didn’t care about you. Also half of the place is being worked on so it’s like an unfinished hotel. The only person there was so nice is this worker Francesca

This place wasn’t great. Under renovation which is fine but it was messy. Outdated. Dirty feeling. No hot water. Coffee was cold. Business center didn’t work. My first room they gave me the door opened with no key as the door jam was broke. Had to go back to office to get a new room. Won’t stay here again on business.

    1. Called ahead of time and asked if there was a working pool and hot tub. I was told that there was. Arrived and hot tub was broken and pool was extremely warm with slightly cloudy water. They openly lied. 2. As I walked to my room I noticed some of the walls were scuffed up, it was very cold in the hallways, and panels were missing from the ceiling every couple of tiles. 3. At 8am, I awoke to drilling and hammering sounds and learned that the hotel was actively under construction. It would have been nice to know as im a contractor who works 2nd shift. 4. When I arrived, I was given 4 breakfast vouchers for breakfast buffet. How kind! I went down the next morning and there was no breakfast whatsoever. Asked the front desk person who confirmed breakfast should be going on. The breakfast room was empty. A lady came out saying she would be happy to make me something, but I felt bad about them firing up the kitchen for one person, so I didn't eat. 5. People were using the pool area after 10pm when the pool closes, you could hear children yelling and screaming so I assume they weren't being watched. I tried to do the right thing and go in and check on them but the door to get in seemed to automatically lock at 10pm 6. There was no bag/liner in my room trashcan nor in my bathroom trashcan. I tried my best to put my garbage in plastic bags. 7. The drain in my shower didn't work! I hope it drains by tomorrow. 8. Phone in my room did not work, and there was no dial tone. Every 6 seconds it would make a hang up sound thay sort of bothered me - like the click of a pen. 9. Alarm clock didn't work but nobody uses them. 10. TV didn't work but I was told this was due to the weather.
