  We always love to stay at Tru by Hilton's since they have the best service and cleanest hotel rooms. The breakfast is included and has a lot of options. Rooms are always spotless and smell very nice. They have all the necessities in the bathroom (soap, lotion, body wash, shampoo, conditionner and hairdryer). Let me tell you their product smell amazing. This is our 2nd time this year we stay at the Grantville location and they never disappoint. I highly recommend!

  Checked in online for the convenience of it. Arrived at 4:10 pm to take a nap prior to my event that night. When reserving there was no mention of construction. They have been hammering on the wall adjacent to my room since I got here. I tried the front desk and they told me no matter where we move me, you will hear the noise. I called Hilton they said there was nothing they could do and transferred me back to the main desk. I wouldn’t stay here till they are done the work here. No, there was no discount to stay here during construction. Same average price as it usually is.

  This is my second (4 day) stay at this location. I love how convenient it is to everything, yet out of the way and quiet. When you stay here it feels like your own apartment or that you are staying in someone's house! Great amenities, gym, pool, and breakfast. Fabulous staff and management is 5 star. They will call or text to ensure your stay is comfortable and ask if you need anything. I'm not sure if Michael is the Manager, but everyday he is like a ray of sunshine at the front desk- extremely accommodating. You will not find it anywhere else in Harrisburg. I've stayed at other hotels here while on business. This hotel is my preference every time. Plenty of free parking.

  Tru by Hilton Grantville is always the type of hotel I like. The property feels new, modern, and very clean. I especially like the wood flooring — it gives the room a fresh and comfortable feeling compared to traditional carpeted rooms. Everything is simple, functional, and well designed, making it easy to relax after a long day on the road. The overall atmosphere feels bright, modern, and comfortable, which is exactly what I look for when traveling. Definitely one of my preferred hotel styles and I would happily stay again.

  Overall everything was clean. Some items needed work, like bathroom door was very hard to open and close due to a clearance issue with the floor. The floors in the hall cracked like a 100 year old house. Shower glass loomed like it was falling from the ceiling. The game in the lobby shown in pictures is broken and not useable for a game. Staff wasnt unfriendly but not super nice either. Breakfast bar was clean and stocked well. If in the area for the price I would stay again.
