Good location right off I81. Avoid second floor over pool, the pool equipment and biloiler are noisy and shake the floor and bed.

If it was possible to give ZERO stars that's what this hotel would be receiving! Long it short stayed for one night as my friend from Wisconsin and I went to a concert near Hershey park. Long story short, we wound up finding a cockroach in the bathroom in the morning before we left. I tried to call the frontt desk and no one answered. I walked down to the front desk but it was moved with people as there is a free breakfast. I didn't want to say anything in fear it would cause mass hysteria so I chose to get our belongings and head right home. I called from the car again, no answer. So I decided to call Hiltons customer service number and told the woman. She said she would email them and I would be notified in about 5 business days. I told her they need an exterminator and this could not wait. Finally she asked if she should call them. GREAT IDEA since now I'm home carefully steaming all my belongings from the trip hoping I didn't bring bugs home with me. She offered me points and she would have someone call me. I never heard back. Every couple days I would reach out via email for more apologies and their only words written were here are some more points sorry for your trouble and someone will reach out to me. At this point there were over 2000 points from me reaching out and them saying sorry but yet nothing. Finally I had someone email me and say we will reimburse you in full for the one night you stayed which cost us $178 and then he said thank you for bringing this to our attention. I went back on my app and all the points were removed. KEEP YOUR POINTS HILTON I WONT EVER STAY AT ANOTHER HILTON. NOT ONLY BECAUSE OF THE COCKROACHES BUT BECAUSE OF YOUR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. 6 WEEKS LATER STILL NO VHECK AS PROMISED. HILTON HOTELS YOU STINK!

Had to find a last min place to stay tonight while my mitigation system is getting fixed. Super cute hotel and convenient location and the gal at the front desk was welcoming. Cute Halloween decorations and cute outdoor area for when the weather cooperates. While sleeping in my own bed is preferable, it’s nice to have this around the corner. Room is very clean and quiet so that’s a bonus too :)

We have stayed at several Trus in the past. This one was very much set up similar to ones we've previously stayed at. Check in was average. Staff not super friendly but not rude either. Our room was clean and our king size bed was quite comfortable. Rooms are on the small side. While there is a refrigerator in the room, there is no in room coffee. Speaking of coffee, the coffee in the lobby in the breakfast area was very tasty! There are some great breakfast choices, including fruit and a yogurt machine. There is a sign in the breakfast area that addresses food allergies and guests are encouraged to reach out to a team member if they have a dietary restriction. The breakfast team remember was not present while we were eating and I did have a question about the yogurt being served as to whether it had any artificial sweeteners. There were two team members at the front desk and I inquired about the yogurt to the one team member. Neither one seemed overly friendly or interested in helping me... The team member I reached out to commented that she did not know if the yogurt had artificial sweeteners. I totally understand that she would not necessarily know that, however she could have offered to locate the breakfast team member to answer my question but she did not. Her answer was she didn't know and I said "Well I guess I can look it up online" and she said "Yes". Just not super helpful. My husband and I travel all over the country and spend between 30 and 60 days per year in motels. So we know when service is exceptional and when it is just average. In this location, the service was just average and we most likely will not be staying here again.

We stayed one night ( Thursday 10/9 ) and arrived late around 10:15 pm. I took a shower and there wasn't any hot water. The next morning my wife took a shower. No hot water. I told the front desk when we checked out and she said she would let maintenance know. I'm glad I could help.
