  All we wanted was a bottle of water. We aren't a gold member even though we always stay at a Hampton Inn so they couldn't give us one. Said to use the machine, which didn't work. Then offered to pay for a bottle with no luck...VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

  Horrible experience at this hotel. They cancelled my room. Check-in was at 3:00pm I got around 5pm. I was told my room was cancelled now they are lying saying I never showed up. After I was charged a no show fee and you guys refused to give me a refund. I don’t think I will ever stay at that location again. It been 3 months and I still haven’t received my refund because your employees lied (Two guys were at the desk at that time.) saying me and my family didn’t show up. There are cameras in the hotel all you guys had to do was look at the cameras. On top of that I had to spend more money on a next room at a different hotel. Worst experience I have ever received at a hotel.

  We are Hilton Honors members, but you would've never known it by the way we were treated. Paid for added amenity that was refused to us. Ultimately had to call customer service to get that amount refunded. First room we were assigned had a TV that didn't work. Again, had to get corporate customer service to address that for us so we could get a different room. Desk person, who actually lied to us and said she wasn't management really was the manager, was absolutely rude and disrespectful. My husband booked this specific hotel because of the proximity to the event we were attending for my birthday. He is a combat army veteran and honestly, I was impressed how well he kept his cool with this woman. We will NEVER stay here again, and we are calling Hilton corporate again to lodge a formal complaint. We will likely discontinue our use of the Hilton Honors program because of this experience.

  Great Hotel tonight off the Interstate.. very quiet surrounding area and comfortable… shower pressure is great and instant hot water and good amount of towels.. Room was very clean and neat and with a nice writing desk with excellent lighting. … only tiny fault I found was the outdated TV with slow remote response and channel stations not matching printed guide on table … great breakfast selection and comfortable seating..

  Management had me pay for an early check in fee despite being a Hilton Gold member and having 30 nights of hotel stays in the last 4 months. Room was not clean upon check in. Room had pink slim gunk on the shower head, dusty corners near the ceiling, and closet shelves were dusty. Breakfast ran out of oatmeal before 0800, found multiple moldy pieces of bread. Definitely did not meet expectations for what I expect out of Hilton brand hotels. Photo basically sums up my experience here. Worn down, tired looking, falling towards disrepair. If this is how my stay is gonna be at least make it cheap.
