  My boyfriend booked a room for my birthday to surprise me. I was really looking forward to relaxing in the jacuzzi. Unfortunately the jacuzzi wasn't working. The staff and manager at the front desk were absolutely AMAZING! They were able to put us in another room with a working tub! The rooms were both very clean and smell amazing. Ideally I'm sure that's not how my boyfriend had things planned to go,but things happen.... everything worked out... and i had an amazing bday!

  We stayed here to visit the casino (1 mile away) and were blown away by the quality and value. Clean, large room with so many amenities we didn’t even have to ask for extra towels. We rented the jacuzzi room and it was perfect.

  One of the nicer hotels in the area, great options but it’s a bit of a drive from the chocolate factory area where most things are

  My family and I stayed at the hotel 2 days ago. Room was nice and service was good but we had no water in the room and the whole hotel. So we couldn't shower, flush the toilet, and no contental breakfast. Also you can hear all the traffic from the room.
