Only 3 not so great comments, but they definitely would not prevent me from staying there again... #1 the TV in the room was in such an awkward place to be able to view from the couch or the bed. The stove top was broken & they seemed to have glued it back together, but in a very sloppy way. When wiping things down, I cut my finger pretty decently. But THEE WORST part of the entire 29 day stay was the smell of cat pee!! It was horrible! The entire floor smelled like it! All from 1 room down the hall placing their cat peed on linens outside the door! The staff was made aware several different times & already had knowledge of this issue. I guess they couldn't move our room because it was never offered, but they did give us a bottle of deodorizer. Overall, it's a great place to stay and the staff is great!

We had an extended stay here. The hotel is beautiful and very welcoming. Our room was very nice, clean and spacious. We had a two room double bed suite. The kitchenette came in very handy. It had a stove, microwave and a nice size refrigerator with an ice maker. The beds were really comfortable and the living room space had a desk too! They really thought of everything! They have a laundry facility right on the first floor and it's free ( laundry pods can be purchased at the front desk) how nice is that? The front desk, and the breakfast attendants were all really friendly and helpful. They have an array of breakfast choices at their buffet area every morning. I always started out my day with a great tasting cup of coffee. The fireplace and the seating area is warm and cozy. The hotel was also nicely decorated for the holidays! The property itself seems to be well maintained. The ladies that clean the rooms do a super great job and they were all so nice! Here is a thankful shout out to Darrel, one day I had too many things to carry and not enough hands; he politely offered to carry my coffee up to my floor for me! This is a great place to stay, a home away from home! 😊

If you are a person with a disability, make sure you read this review before booking your stay here! I stayed at this hotel recently with my husband. I am a full time wheelchair user so I made sure to book an accessible room. A few things met those requirements. A few did not. They had grab bars in the bathroom. Doorways were wide enough for my wheelchair. And I could roll up to the sinks in the bathroom and kitchenette unhindered. However, the bed was too high for me to climb into unassisted. The hand soap at the bathroom sink was bolted to the wall in such a way that it was impossible for me or anyone else from a wheelchair to reach. The same issue applied to the shampoo, conditioner, and body soap in the shower. It was bolted onto the wall opposite from the shower bench. I did address this with staff through their text communication system for the front desk. My texts went ignored until six hours after I had checked out. Had I know how inaccessible their accessible rooms were, I never would have stayed there. And I never will again. Non-disability related, the bathroom smelled like sewage stench was coming from the pipes the whole time we were there. A guest smoked right in front of the entry doors outside. Apparently the hotel has no policy against that so they allowed it. I will never stay at this hotel again. And I hope this review helps others with disabilities better able to decide if this hotel will be a good fit for them. Had my husband not been with me, I’d have been sleeping on the couch. **Editing to add something important I forgot to put in here. Another major issue I had was with the parking lot and the ability to leave the building in the case of an emergency. First, there was only five accessible parking spots. This meant the last two days of my stay, I had to park all the way in the back of the building, taking up two parking spaces so that I could get in and out of my vehicle with my wheelchair. This wouldn’t even have been as big of an issue had it not been for what I see as a major safety issue. There was only one way I could get into the building from the parking lot. That was through the front. I had to roll myself all the way around the building in the dark in the parking lot and hope nobody would hit me because the only other ramp to get on the sidewalk was blocked by a parking space. I don’t understand why any of the other exits in the building claimed to be wheelchair accessible. They had steep hills in front of them and then if you made it out that door, you still had to go all around the building to get off the sidewalk. That’s not accessible. That’s a safety issue.
