I reached out as about available upgrades; I received a blunt message that I would have to check the day of check-in (Hilton allows to request 3 days prior); so I knew this was my first taste of bad service, I reached out again, as told, and was ignored; I reached out again a few hours later and nothing and I tried one more time and was told none were available. It was pretty obvious they just weren’t going to upgrade anyone. Then I went to check into my room and there are over 60 rooms available and every type of room(suite, king size) was available on their website. And there are very few people at the hotel as well. I wish I could cancel but will just have to stay for the nights I paid for and never stay again.
