Easy, convenient location to Gettysburg Battlefield Visitor Center, and under an hour to Fredrick, MD, York, and Harrisburg! Had a nice room on the end and got to watch traffic drive by on the highway, which was nice.

Pool was clean. What keeps this from being a 5 star review is the shower heads in the room. Low flow. Super low flow! They aren’t clogged or damaged they are just the lowest flow shower heads possible. You have to spend an extra 5 to 10 minutes in the shower to rinse off.

- ALAllen LarsenJan 1, 20265.0Very nice place to stop overnight on our way South. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Stayed in a regular king room which was very standard for Holiday Inn Express. Only thing we didn't understand was there was a faint smell of cigarette smoke right as we came into the room but the rest of the room smelled fine. Breakfast again was your typical HIE breakfast but everything was stocked well. If you need fresh filtered water there's a fountain with a bottle filler in the gym area. We did not try the gym out or the pool but both looked very clean. The hotel is located behind the outlet mall parallel to 15 thankfully the road noise in the room was minimal. Be aware this is a dog friendly hotel so there can be "landmines" in the grassy areas.
