  We were visiting family in the area for a few days. We had reservations at another hotel but moved to this property the second day due to construction at the first hotel. Hampton Inns rarely disappoint and this was no different. Except the staff, which usually makes or breaks a pleasant stay. Well these people were so nice and so helpful. When we arrived, Sara was at the front desk. It was just before noon when we arrived and it’s always hit or miss whether a room will be ready that early. It wasn’t and Sara was so nice and vey apologetic. She offered to call us when our room would be ready but we had plenty to do and I knew we would be gone until after 3 so I told her that wouldn’t be necessary. Back around 3:30 and again greeted by Sara. She checked us in quickly then was helpful with local information like dining, etc. We went out for a few hours and when we came back, Jo and another lady (forgot her name) were at the front desk. Stopped and asked a question which turned into a pleasant short conversation As I said at first, Hampton Inns rarely disappoint. But staff liked we found here makes in so much nicer!!

  Clean and comfortable room, super friendly staff all over, great breakfast! Pool great perk if you're traveling with kids.

  Beautiful hotel and room! It was very clean too! The gentleman that checked my sister and I in was very efficient, friendly and helpful. The welcome on the TV screen was a fun little perk! We didn't have the breakfast buffet, but it smelled really good when we checked out so I assume it was a good as it smelled! I'm sure we'll be back!

  Hello World.. im writing this review and I wish I could give 10 stars. I would like to commend Tina and let the world know that this young lady just performed the most thoughtful, genuine, kind, and professional act that I have seen in many years. My tractor trailer truck broke down tonight and it is probably 10 degrees outside. I made a reservation at another hotel thinking it was this very Hampton Inn that I could see but it wasn't. The young lady politely gave me directions to the hotel that I phone booked. She realized that I was walking that far to the other hotel and BOOM.. TO MY SURPRISE. She refused to let me walk that far in this brick cold weather to that other location and without a blink..without a sneeze.. without a pause.. she snatched her keys and actually drove me the full distance to the front door of the other hotel and dropped me off. Listen guys .. People like this are rare.. People like this are professional.. unselfish ...thoughtful..compassionate.. and deserve yo be recognized. AMAZING... ABSOLUTELY AMAZING.. UNPROVOKED NATURAL KINDNESS.. To be honest guys I see stuff like this on Facebook and youtube.. but to actually have someone from the Hampton Inn staff show me love like that .. WOWWWW! IT REALLY TOUCHED MY HEART GUYS.. I really wish I could repay her more for this. Im lost for words still. Im writing this review right now but to be honest I wish I could start up her a Go Fund ME page or something that's how much this meant to me.. AND THERES MORE.. YES THERES MORE.. Im African American and she is European American..so I say that to say this to my fellow Americans.. with all the negative racial tension our country is suddenly experiencing.. with all the negative stereotyping and division and separation that our country is suddenly experiencing.. I just want yo say that this Hampton Inn employee just Body Slammed all the nay sayers ..haters .. and trouble makers with 1 small but Huge act of kindness PROFESSIONALISM and love... The perfect example that America is and WILL ALWAYS BE AMERICA.. Sorry im rambling but this lady just gave me Faith in All of Americans.. God Bless Her God Bless Her Family And God Bless The Hampton Inn for hiring people like this.. Keep up the good work guys.. 5 stars are not enough.. Thanks Tina..
