Hotel was well kept and the stay was nice. Breakfast lady was wonderful! Won’t be returning though, was very disheartening to see the front desk agent greeting me with eye masks on… Should really take their job more serious.

This was an average hotel. The ice machine was broken, the hotel staff was awkward, and there was a beep that kept me awake. However, the breakfast was great and the hotel had charging stations.

I am absolutely shocked by the treatment we received at this Hampton Inn by the man in the photo. We were in town for a large soccer tournament, there were also multiple team stays between the Hampton Inn and the Sheraton next door. Our kids were not even staying at this hotel; they were at the Sheraton with other parents.
Despite that, when I went to the front desk to clarify a concern about groups of unrelated teenagers causing disturbances, the front desk clerk (an older male employee working the evening shift) became immediately hostile, combative, and unprofessional.
He aggressively accused us of being responsible for the teenagers running around the hotel, even though we repeatedly explained that none of our children were on the premises and that all of our children were 12 and under and the disturbances were from very tall much older teens. Instead of listening, he escalated the situation, raised his voice, and even told us to “get out” of the lobby — a public common area — simply because we questioned why we were being blamed for behavior that had nothing to do with us.
The disrespect and unprovoked hostility were unacceptable. As paying guests in a Hilton-branded property, we expected professionalism and basic courtesy. Instead, we were met with rudeness, false accusations, and an employee who clearly should not be dealing with guests.
What I will say is that one female manager was very professional and understanding and SHE was able to get to the bottom of it and exonerate our group while the male was unapologetic and continuously disrespectful.
Parents traveling for you
I would strongly recommend choosing the Sheraton next door or another nearby hotel — anywhere that treats guests appropriately and communicates respectfully.

Had a great stay with my partner over the past 2 nights. Excellent service from front desk member Lynne, who helped us make sure we were comfortable after we arrived back at the hotel after a long day. Thanks Lynne!

I'm here for a month and this is my second day. Arrived on Wednesday. The staff is wonderful from the moment I checked in. The amenities that they offer or wonderful with complimentary breakfast that is one of the best I've seen at a hotel. Really clean and classy. Unlimited coffee with the good creamer. Let me mention the social hour that they have on Wednesdays where they offer refreshments and wine. That alone is remarkable. My room was very nice and comfortable very clean. This hotel is really quiet sometimes I can hear my own thoughts but it's relaxing. The only complaint I have is the walk-in shower door. I wish it opened both sides so I don't have to jump in turn the water on and jump out without getting splash till the water is at the right temperature for me. I will be enjoying the rest of this 30 days here. I definitely would visit again if I'm in this area for work.
