Unpleasant stay. The group staying in the room next to ours were a bunch of teenagers being loud all night until 2am. Plus the hallway smelled like reefer like somebody had been smoking in their room.
I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

I stayed here because of the snowstorm and because I had to work at the hospital. I called before the storm to ask if they would shovel the snow, and I was told that they would be shoveling every two hours. That was a lie. I had to report to work at 0700, and it was snowing; there were no snowplows in sight. They didn't start cleaning until about 1100 that morning. I know this because my coworkers who had to report to work later than me had to shovel themselves out to get to work. When I got back in around 7:30pm it looked like they just started cleaning for the evening and there was nowhere for me to park. So I had to park on about 4 inches of snow.
The hotel itself was lovely. I enjoyed my stay. The walls were very thin and it was packed so I heard EVERYTHING and had a hard time sleeping but other than that it was a good couple of nights.

I originally left 5 stars right after checking in because the appearance is impeccable and first impressions speak volumes. After staying for the night I really wanted to add a description because my experience would lead me to click 10 stars if possible. This is my first visit to the area from out of state. I have to say that this is literally the nicest, most well kept and friendliest atmosphere that I've visited in a long time. The room is super spacious, the decor is warm. Staff is extremely friendly and the daily complimentary breakfast is unlike anything I've seen in a hotel. 24 hour coffee station with everything you want or need. Fitness center and business area. Amazing value as well. This establishment has got it figured out. Well done to all involved and thank you very much for everything. I will be returning to the area next month and would not consider staying anywhere else. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

Our room was very clean and comfortable with a fully functioning TV to stream. The service was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. My only small recommendation would be to offer an alternative breakfast meat option, such as turkey or another protein besides pork. Other than that, everything was great!
