    Great location, decent rooms. Ends there. Staff was not good. Checked in 10 rooms with a rude gentleman, no welcome, thanks for being Diamond Elite, no greeting at all. Multiple rooms had no hot water on the morning of our check out so people could not take a shower. Told the front desk person as did others to only be met with "oh okay" Called in on Monday to speak to manager, person on phone could not accept the fact that I wanted to talk tot he manager and wanted me to tell him what was wrong first. Finally told him to have manager call me, received no call. I look forward to my stay there next week so I can make sure I meet up with the manager in person. to discuss how poor the staff is.

    There was no hot water! Furthmore, the front desk lied that this was a temporary issue that would be resolved in 30 minutes. Talking to guests, this was an issue since at least the previous night and was unsuprisingly not resolved in 30 minutes. Furthermore, the rooms were dirty and not vacuumed, and we found a dead bug, possibly a roach, on the windowsill.

    Terrible. 1. Called to make a 2 days reservation. Hung up and received 1 day confirmation. Had to call and fix it. Had it been an elderly or disabled making a reservation on the phone and not checking an email, anyone could have been charged twice the amount. 2. For context, I called to change the reservation back to 1 day due to change of the event. Anyways, upon entering the room, there was a big brown stain on the sheet on one bed and the other looked visibly not washed either. A few minutes later, my Amex notification shows 238 dollars being charged (they say pending charge). My confirmation reads 151 dollars a night. I go down again and talk to the same front guy whom i requested for change of sheet again for incorrect amount charged. He first explains it is the 50 dollars incidental fees that he never mentioned while checking in. Also, he did not provide any receipt upon check in. 238 -50 does not equate 151 in any country. He then reads my confirmation from my phone and just goes “i fixed it, it is good now”. 3. My family comes back after the event, stain still there and my wife tells me there were more human debris on the bed. 4. In the morning, i received an email saying the room charge is adjusted to 169. Not 151. I went down there again for the third time. No apology, just acting unaware and tells me it is fixed. No genuine human moment to just simply say sorry. Apathetic. 5. I cold shower so i didn’t notice but my wife tells me hot water doesn’t work. I did not communicate this yet. 6. I asked the front desk for direct phone number to the manager and he said he doesn’t have it. So i will email him after this.

    Just of main road so easy to find, easy to get in (traffic light), large shopping area very close by. We'll light & well maintained parking lot. Included breakfast. Clean room with little outside noise.
