Wow this was bad. Bad service. The water was shut off and they said I could have 1 bottle of water...the toliets dont work. This was after they denied my late check out and the hotel desk yelled at me for asking. I was with a group literally spending thousands of dollars here for a weekend. Do better. Just skip. They dont care.

No hot water in our first room. They changed us to another room. TV was not working but once reported maintenance came and provided a new remote and TV was repaired. Breakfast was nice. The lady in charge of the breakfast was very nice and helpful.

Stayed at this location for 7 nights and did not have a great experience at all.
1- Biggest problem - found mold covering the ac/ heating unit in the room. My husband's asthma and one of our childrens breathing problems were triggered the whole stay and we didn't know why. The last day we removed the cover of the unit and found everything covered in mold. We breathed that in the entire week. One week after our stay and they are still doing breathing treatments.
2 - we had to ask for our room to be cleaned/ new towels. We paid full price for an entire week, figured that included switching out towels, it does not. They did it only twice our whole stay (we were on the list for everyday) They made our beds once and just put the dirty sheets back on instead of switching out as asked. There is no rack in the bathroom to hang towels to dry, we would have done that
3 - breakfast was always out of food. The pancake machine was out of order the entire time. 45 minutes before breakfast was done they ran out of the majority of food. We asked when it will be refilled and she told us she isn't going to so we were just out of breakfast.
4 - body wash/ shampoo bottles are locked on a wall in the shower. Our room ran out of body wash halfway though our stay. We asked several times for it to be refilled and they never did it. I asked if they can just give me the bottle and front desk told me housekeeping had to do it.
5 - the back door of the hotel by the garbage cans does not lock. Random homeless people were coming into the hotel and eating breakfast. A huge security concern
6 - there is a designated spot for busses and trucks in the back lot. They were letting them park wherever they wanted and parking diagonal in the main lot taking up 6-8 spots.
7 - after check in we discovered the tv wasnt working in our room. Front desk said cable was out and there was nothing to be done. Does not let you link your phone to the tv. Got a small refund for the 3 days with no tv. Only cared because we had 2 toddlers withTV.
8 - didnt realize the heated pool was closed for the season. When I booked it, it said it was open. It was the reason I chose the hotel for the kids.
9 - other holiday inn locations have free water and treats at the front desk. This location you have to pay for it. Prices are a little salty.
10 - we always bring Disinfect wipes to clean up the floors/toilet/ counter before we unpack. The floors were absolutely disgusting. There was a toe nail in the entryway. There was so much built up dust/food particles i had to scrub it hard. Shower needed a scrubbing too. This hotel wasn't the most expensive but CERTAINLY not the cheapest. I would have thought it would have been properly cleaned.
11 - one plus was the location, places to eat around the hotel
