    Amazing service my company at the airport prime flight lodge us at the hotel, initially the room heater was not working good, but instantly they brought a brand new one and fixed it right away, I do enjoy my 3 nights there, microwave, fridge and tv all working perfectly, it’s home away from home

    Pros: Great location close to the airport. Staff seemed friendly. Cons: The breakfast was not as great as other Holiday Inn Express’s we stayed at. We paid to park our car at the hotel during our vacation. The shuttle took us to the airport but never picked us up when we returned. We called the hotel twice but ended up taking an Uber back to hotel.

    Rooms are in disrepair. Tub and shower are full of scale from water stains. Missing tiles in the ceiling. Had to move Rooms because of room across the hall was flooding and no maintenance on site to stop it.

    Decent enough for an airport overnight - but the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms can definitely be better. Amazing and very helpful staff though! Especially Dee at the front desk and the really kind shuttle driver.

    Leaking toilets, pubic hair and rats. This hotel is disgusting. At first it's just dingy and run down, smells a bit musky. But it's close to the airport so I can live with that. Then I check into my room, first I notice the dirty toilet with piss splatter and pubic hair. Then I think to myself "huh, I wonder why the floor is wet". Well, that's beacuse the toilet also leaks. I get moved to another room, as I'm getting ready the rats are waking up and starting their busy work day of doing rat business. I can hear them scurrying about and scratching around.
