  This hotel illegally charged my card over $1000 And attempted to terminate me for Renting a room under my Hilton honors and then telling me I couldn’t have it after already staying the night in the room. I have tried multiple times to get my money back and I’m now I’m in the process of reaching out to the courts if you have the same issue & And have you yet to get your money back reach out to me!

  Room clean. Hotel still smells new. Breakfast minimal but bagel standard so no damages claimed. Coffee supply maintained without breach. Staff performed duties as expected except one dark-haired assistant manager with personal odor so strong it rendered common areas unusable. Could not remain long enough to ID him or secure coffee. Corporate support documented refund and issued 1,000 Hilton Honors points. Assistant manager responded with retaliatory, unauthorized charges and eviction rather than correcting his own conduct. Manager’s actions constitute misuse of authority and breach of guest expectation standards. I will allow one business day for corrective action. Rating stays unchanged. Remaining staff executed responsibilities competently and do not deserve leadership that cannot manage basic hygiene or professional standards. Hilton must remedy internal management failures to protect brand integrity.

  The Breakfast was nothing to desire. Only cereal, small muffins,hard boiled eggs,yougert. No hot food at all 😔

  So this is how our stay went check in on line.when we got to Erie we stopped to check in in person, nothing said. When we got back to the hotel around 5:30 there was no welcome ran my card twice. Come to find out they changed our room with no notice, which they could have called or text from the first floor to the second. Have a child we us who is mortified of elevaters. Got to the room there was food on the floor , pop bottles under the bed and couch. So come the next morning at check out they wanted to run the card again and we said no this whole time the girl at the front desk was texting and being rude.We were told then that they graded are room which we didn’t asked for or new about until check out. So now they have around 300,$ of my money . I was only asking for one of the charges back.They are giving us a hard time.we have called all the way up the change of command-with them saying you have to wait and we up graded you room. We didn’t ask for the up grade, so why do we have to pay double the amount. Final straw better business and a lawyer.

  I travel a lot for business, and usually stay in mid-tier hotels. Had to be in Erie for a week on my dime, so value mattered. For a basic hotel, this place was awesome. Very clean, great staff, acceptable free breakfast. If you're wanting to relax in the hotel room, it's pretty basic. Which is fine if you're just looking for a place to stay, not a mini-staycation. (You didn't say in-laws, did you?) Likewise, the lobby is clean and open; you're not going to be able to spend hours at the family reunion catching up, save that for an Embassy. If you need a clean, safe hotel to spend the night, this is your huckleberry.
