  I know that there are a lot of negative reviews but I thought this hotel was very clean, the app allowed for easy check in/check out. The breakfast was basic but more than enough. I loved the brightness and cleanliness of public spaces. When I stay at a hotel it is usually for reasons of expediency - a soccer tournament, college visit, etc. I want to get in and out with the least amount of fuss and I want it to be clean. This hotel delivers on both this things while also saving us money so we can afford these kids that make these trips necessary. :) Thank you, Spark!

  My 3-day stay was great. My U-haul truck got stuck in the snow and Otto who works the front desk went out of his way to shovel the snow from around my truck, after many tries he got my car out. I was super grateful as he did this very late at night and I had an early morning. I would have to call U-haul for service, but he came to the rescue. THANK YOU OTTO!

  This hotel illegally charged my card over $1000 And attempted to terminate me for Renting a room under my Hilton honors and then telling me I couldn’t have it after already staying the night in the room. I have tried multiple times to get my money back and I’m now I’m in the process of reaching out to the courts if you have the same issue & And have you yet to get your money back reach out to me!

  Room clean. Hotel still smells new. Breakfast minimal but bagel standard so no damages claimed. Coffee supply maintained without breach. Staff performed duties as expected except one dark-haired assistant manager with personal odor so strong it rendered common areas unusable. Could not remain long enough to ID him or secure coffee. Corporate support documented refund and issued 1,000 Hilton Honors points. Assistant manager responded with retaliatory, unauthorized charges and eviction rather than correcting his own conduct. Manager’s actions constitute misuse of authority and breach of guest expectation standards. I will allow one business day for corrective action. Rating stays unchanged. Remaining staff executed responsibilities competently and do not deserve leadership that cannot manage basic hygiene or professional standards. Hilton must remedy internal management failures to protect brand integrity.
