- KKKara4 days ago1.0Very disappointed with our recent stay to see family for the holidays. I have stayed here multiple times before and this hotel has really gone downhill. The breakfast was basically inedible aside from the make your own waffles and our “free waters” were not in our room for us when we checked in even though I used digital key and checked in the day before. I had to go ask for them and felt awkward interrupting the front desk girl who was talking with her friend. Then I was only given one. The pool was unusable because the water was so cold and we specifically came a day early to use the “heated indoor pool” as a little getaway for our daughter and her lips turned blue the water was so cold and she was extremely disappointed. I hate leaving bad reviews but I felt this was necessary and I will spend the extra money and stay at a different property from now on when I come into Erie.

Furniture is falling apart and it is dirty. I believe there is only one elevator working as well. I am sorry we choose this hotel. We stayed here once before and it was great. I’m not sure what happened but we will not be returning and will be contacting the hotel itself.

- EMErica McgrathDec 28, 20255.0I had a wonderful stay this weekend. All staff members I interacted with were pleasant, courteous, and professional. My room was clean and spacious. The complimentary breakfast provided a robust menu with lots of hot and cold options. Fresh food was being brought out right until the end of service, which was great for a late riser like myself. I wish I had stayed another night. I'll be booking another trip soon. :)
- MHMollie HammanDec 28, 20253.0Unfortunately, we will not be staying at this hotel again. Staff member who checked us in was smoking directly outside the hotel doors. The cleanliness of this hotel has really gone downhill. We had to get new bedsheets and blankets due to finding what looked to be black dogs hairs all over the blanket and sheets- a bit frustrating after checking in late evening and having to remake the bed. Breakfast was mediocre at best- oatmeal was dry, still had an hour left of breakfast and there was nothing and no staff member available to even be checking it. Contactless check in really doesn’t apply at this hotel due to having to put a card on file for incidentals when you arrive, so it won’t actually check you in. The only plus with this hotel is that you are right by the mall and in a convenient location for a lot of restaurants.
