    Pool has apparently been closed for a month - no advance notice was given, nothing posted on the website (even if you try to book today), and nothing proactively mentioned at checkin. One of the reasons I booked here was for the kids to swim, something they had been looking forward to with their cousins. I would have booked somewhere else had I known this ahead of time. Staff seems to be fairly disinterested and frustrated. One of the front desk staff mentioned that several cleaning staff had recently walked out, requiring management and other staff to fill in to help clean. No Diamond status recognition, I had to ask for the water/snack benefit.

    Very disappointed with our recent stay to see family for the holidays. I have stayed here multiple times before and this hotel has really gone downhill. The breakfast was basically inedible aside from the make your own waffles and our “free waters” were not in our room for us when we checked in even though I used digital key and checked in the day before. I had to go ask for them and felt awkward interrupting the front desk girl who was talking with her friend. Then I was only given one. The pool was unusable because the water was so cold and we specifically came a day early to use the “heated indoor pool” as a little getaway for our daughter and her lips turned blue the water was so cold and she was extremely disappointed. I hate leaving bad reviews but I felt this was necessary and I will spend the extra money and stay at a different property from now on when I come into Erie.

    Well this hotel was not a good choice. The pool heater is broken and it is feeding in which makes for one angry child. Room does not smell fresh. Furniture is falling apart and it is dirty. I believe there is only one elevator working as well. I am sorry we choose this hotel. We stayed here once before and it was great. I’m not sure what happened but we will not be returning and will be contacting the hotel itself.
