We were just trying to relax and let our kids have some fun, but the employees were unprofessional. We expected a friendly, family-oriented environment, but instead we felt unwelcome the entire time. **I definitely would not recommend this hotel to hockey teams or families traveling for tournaments.** Not worth the money.

At 9:30pm we were rudely told we needed to leave the lobby and were being quiet (adults) and another group of adults were kicked out at 7pm !! And the staff member was clearly looking for a arguement. Plus staff memeber said they hate hockey tournaments . Once again , don’t sign up if you don’t want to deal with the kids and families . Can’t say enough about how poor the service was . From the way “Shawn” talked to my wife on the phone before our stay saying it’s not his job to accommodate people, to the lady that was terribly rude in the lobby Saturday (11/8) night . HORRIBLE rude service across the board . DONT TAKE HOCKEY TEAMS AND GOUGE THEM ON PRICES IF YOU ARE GOING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT KIDS AND FAMILIES THERE. DONT WORK IN HOSPITALITY IF YOU DONT LIKE DEALING WITH PEOPLE.

- GGGINAOct 13, 20255.0Our families stay was very nice. The woman who checked us in was welcoming and pleasant. Check in was completed quickly and she explained breakfast times and check out. She showed us where we could get an evening cup of coffee or tea and also provided the pool schedule. Our room was clean and cozy. The shower is amazing the pressure is perfect. There breakfast was delicious with plenty to choose from including healthy choices. Check out was also fast and wonderful. The guy at checkout was super cool. We truly appreciate everything about this stay as we have had many bad experiences with hotel stays in the past. God bless this entire staff
