It has it's own room service with food ready to order until 10 pm or a 24 hour snack store. The staff was great. Our room was very large and clean. We got the jetted tub room in 408 and it was perfect! We will definitely be back.

Splash lagoon is really close and it’s a nice water park? AND IT IS ONLY $100+ a night wish I could stay for 1 week! If you consider booking here, don’t consider, BOOK IT!! “definitely booking with Hilton garden inn Erie again!!!”

The front desk staff was very polite, helpful, and made the process smooth. When I got to my room, I was impressed by how clean it was—honestly way better than the pictures posted online. The in-room hot tub was amazing and very clean. The hotel itself was quiet and in a great location. Parking was easy, although I did have to use the pool next door, which wasn’t a big issue. Overall, I’d rate this stay a 10 out of 10. I’ll definitely be coming back. I love this location, and the staff was great.

The website mentioned that there was renovation during certain dates but it was supposed to be finished by the time we get there. However, there was no gym in the hotel, just a sign saying it was closed due to the renovation. I guess they're still renovating? I didn't see any improvement in the rooms, and bathroom had mold. The hotel has a nice lobby/restaurant area. The front desk staff are friendly.
