  I stay here sometimes because it is close to my job. Very reliable hotel, staff is always pleasant and kind. During the snowstorm they had a shovel that was available to use for our cars. And after a friend and I returned late in the evening (clearly just clocked out of work, and clearly left late) she went to the room to collect her things while I started on clearing her car out. The gentleman at the desk had geared up and come out to help me, even swapped me for the shovel and did that part for me, it was so kind and he definitely didn’t need to do that. Overall good experience and I’d recommend to friends needing a room.

  The staff is very nice and accommodating but sadly rooms are just very dirty and we ended up finding a bed bug in our room now we have to sanitize everything. The parking lot was not plowed so we couldn't even get in or out of the parking lot. Of course on top of that there was no one at the front desk to help. Otherwise it was a place to sleep.

  I had a bad personal experience, as the room I was assigned smelled extremely bad. I don't know if there's a problem or something, but it smells strongly of sewage, and the toilet doesn't work properly. When I flush, it doesn't drain properly, and the water just sits there. The hallways on the second floor also smell terrible, like some kind of clogged drain. It smells really, really bad.

  We have stayed here multiple times over the past year and could not be happier! The staff is friendly, professional and accommodating. We have family around the corner so the location and price are excellent for us! Our experience with Best Westerns are very positive and would definitely recommend this one!

  Our room was easily 80°f or more. We turned on the air conditioner and left to go to a surpise birthday party. Came back 4 hours later to a still smoldering hot room. The air was off! I put it down to 60, the lowest setting. It shouldn't have turned off in a hot room. The front desk brought a fan which helped but good grief! She tried to get us to move rooms, but we already unpacked. Then told us we could move rooms and leave our items in the original room.... no thank you. Why would I leave my belongings unattended in another room?! Room not the nicest. Floor stiff, could clean better. Bed comfy at best. Pancake maker broken at breakfast, yogurt machine was difficult and tedious process just to get a half cup of dang yogurt! Will not be back.
