  Hotel was clean. Maintenance, kitchen, housekeeping and front desk staff was amazing. Had the pleasure to deal with Annmarie and Janmaya (definitely spelled it wrong) from the night crew. Both very good. Minus stars because my IHG member platinum status usually gets 2pm checkout on IHG brand hotels but management in daytime wouldn’t honor it, which derailed our travel plans by a few hours. So if you’re expecting that with your membership, I’d recommend staying at another IHG brand property.

  The hotel is very clean, except for some water damage by the shower walls, seems like there is a leak. The bed was comfortable. There is plenty of free parking on site. Its not like other hotels where parking is difficult to park at, at night. There are ample spots. There is a free breakfast in the morning, with a good variety. The hotel staff are always helps and very polite. The hotel overall is very clean and a feeling that you are safe here. If I'm in the area again, I'll definitely stop here again.

  Hello it’s 2026 , Phantabulous go ahead n book the hospitality is top tier Diamond plus..Clean I said clean honey great location it’s close to good tasty restaurants, banks, Walmart yes convenient.. The pool is tranquil not huge but good relax would I come back yes!!! The staff where do I begin service with a smile and willing heart…. They made our stay similar to heaven on earth,,, consistency is the key and baby they mastered front desk I love how they dress. Groomed like 5 star professionals I would love to give them a million $ yet for now I will definitely book with them thankyou please keep this love language yall breakfast is sooo good… wish you had shuttle to the airport please consider this your employees look and conduct theirselves so well n caring wow ready to go yet not ready won’t forget you because we will return your family now……Yall this hotel is great please book is

  We absolutely loved this hotel. The location was perfect for the activities that we we're attending. The breakfast was good, had lots of options. My son enjoyed the pool but complained it was freezing! My son will swim in anything so for him to complain it was cold. I stuck my foot in and it was cold as well as other guests said it was cold. The pool area was very warm, so I was surprised it was cold. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Update 4/26 - we decided to return after a great experience! The pool heater is fixed! The pool was very lovely! Everything was amazing! We can't wait to return again!

  everything went well until it didn’t they keep charging an charging your card my boyfriend made A cinnamon roll he heated it up in the microwave, and the cinnamon roll burned and was smoking in the whole room got smoky was an accident and they tried to charge us for damages when there was none and tried to charge us more after I already paid for two days for the stay and then she just took money out of my account without my permission terrible service We also had crumbs on our bed. I would we first settled in. We went under the bed, and there was yellow crumbs everywhere.
