We're just minutes away from Camelbeach Water Park and the Crossings Factory Outlets. Stroll downtown, and enjoy dinner at a railroad depot or see a musical at a restored circa-1925 theatre. It's all right here near our hotel. So come for a visit, and get to know our mountain town resort. The windows to the outside don't lock so anyone could open them from the outside and get into your first-floor room. The place is a maize! It is very difficult to find your way around it. I tried finding the bathrooms on the first floor and, after inquiring with two people found them but there was no sign on them indicating that this is what they were. The beds are very bad. I spent most of the night trying to sleep but the bed and pillows were so uncomfortable that I couldn't sleep well. I won't be going back!!

I was getting all excited for this weekend. We get up to our room and go to use the bathroom and the toilet wasn't flushed. Someone used it prior to us checking in. No big deal. We go to pull the cushions off to make the sofa bed and there was a used tissue and a ton of crumbs under the cushions. Im thinking at this point ok thats not terrible, easy miss. I go to get a shower and there is literally mildew all over the walls. Then on day of check out, elevator is broken so we have to walk down 3 flights of steps with all of our luggage. There were 3 of us. One is an 8 year old. Very disappointed and disgusted. Will not stay here again.
