Jade, a manager, sets the tone with her professionalism, efficiency, and genuine courtesy. She is polished, attentive, and clearly a strong leader who elevates the guest experience through her calm and capable presence. Jen, a newer team member currently in training, already shows remarkable promise. She is friendly, eager, and willing to jump in wherever needed — qualities that can’t be taught and signal a very bright future ahead. Erin, the desk manager, demonstrated extraordinary patience and professionalism while handling a prolonged phone call with a guest who repeatedly asked the same questions. For over fifteen minutes, she remained composed, respectful, and attentive — a true testament to her character and customer-service skills. It’s rare to see a team where every individual operates at such a high level. The Holiday Inn in Dunmore clearly understands that outstanding service starts with outstanding people.

Everything was going pretty well until during evening called multiple times & had went down to desk for extra blankets, said they would "as long as they had more" called back 20 mins to see if anything was "found" said have fresh ones in the washer now, just need to wait for them to finish and then be dried. Less than 10 minutes later, blankets are brought to the room & they are COMPLETE FILTHY USED, STAINED, AND SMELLY BLANKETS!? No lie looked like poop and boogers all over the comforters, and smelled like men's cologne! So incredibly bad I don't see how they thought they were going to pass to anyone with eyes and a nose. UNREAL!
