  Amy is an outstanding customer service representative at the desk upon check-in and beyond. The housekeeping staff does an exceptional job as well as the gentleman that prepared/hosted breakfast. Keep up the great work!!

  Stayed in Dubois for my mother-in-laws funeral. Several families stayed there as well. We had several issues and complaints. The room was not the best. The baseboards were dirty, the wallpaper was peeling, the toilet did not have a lid, the light shade fixture to secure the shade was missing and they did not replace it. The toilet was also crooked when installed to avoid the door hitting it when opening. Had to remake the bed. The bedspread was on incorrectly and the pillow cases had holes in them. The amenities that they had listed were not available. The pool and the hot tub have been closed for 2 years. The food was not that great and there was no heat in the eating area and in the hallways. Our family met in the eating area and when asked to turn up heat the employee stated they do not have access to heat in that area. The icemaker on the 2nd floor did not work and it didn't seem that it would be fixed anytime soon. I might be picky, but for the money you pay it should have been better.

  My husband and I have stayed here in the past. We thought it was very nice in the past but a couple of years later and now it was such a disappointment. Pool I think has been closed since the last time we were here three years ago. There was no heat in the hallways or the dining room at all! In January!! We were there this time for a funeral and had gotten three rooms each room had some minor issues . Door handles on all refrigerators were missing , there was a vape found in one of the sofas. One of the rooms was freezing! You would think if you knew someone was coming you would turn the heat on a little bit. The staff were nice and the hallway bathrooms were warm. Breakfast was ok. But very disappointed in this stay. Probably will not be back.

  My guess is that this hotel was once awesome and they didn’t want to keep putting money into it. Orange peels and clothing tags on the floor so more attention to cleaning needed. Elevator door would only open about a foot then I had to push them open the rest of the way. Not worth $200 a night but not terrible

  Been up here for 2 weeks straight and its my second time staying here. The hotel has gone downhill big time. All 3 washers are broke and can’t do my laundry. The pool doesn’t work. The wallpaper is coming off the wall in main lobby. This hotel should be ashamed to have the hilton name affiliated with it
