I did not think much of it seeing as it’s an easy mastake to acident mark a room clean that’s actually dirty. I kindly asked the front desk for a new room and they said they didn’t have any(to find out the next morning they did have rooms to move me to. I say ok and am happy at least the rest of the room is clean-WRONG!! The bed is completely made but when I Pell back the sheets there’s BLOOD ALL OVER THE BED. So now I’m more upset, that’s not a mastake that means a housekeeper made the bed around blood filled sheets. The GM did not make it right but instead and I quote. “I don’t know what my staff do” like what????

Nobody at the desk that night or when we went to checkout. Got a poor night's sleep because of pillows and mattress. And no liquid soap means whoever signed off the inspection and the housekeeper never checked it. What else did they not check or clean ? Don't hold your breath for my return. Location was good. Close to 255 to Benezette and to Luigis restaurant. Bunny was nice but couldn't check in early. Said come back at 2. Two at the desk then seemed a little confused. Room : pillows were flat. Mattress was OK not what I'm used to at the Hampton. No soap in shower. Empty. Shampoo and Conditioner filled. Cable stations on TV did not match the guide list. Cable selection of stations was basic cable. No USB port to charge phone. Needed a plug. Didn't have. Walked to desk in the evening No one there. Wasn't terrible. But I've stayed at better. Traveled here for business for 4 years. Stayed at HI Express near interstate served my needs then. We stay at Hampton Hilton Garden and HI Express most when traveling
