  We stayed here for Grounhog Day - the staff was so helpful and attentive. They provided extended breakfast hours for all the people attending the celebration. AK at the front desk was so accommodating- truly exceptional service.

  All good here. Staff helpful and friendly. Room real big as well as bathroom and clean. If there is an elevator I didn't see it, but there are stairs. Nice hot breakfast as well and parking is open.

  Room 217 / 2 Double Beds I tell you, nowadays it's a total crap shoot when it comes to booking hotels online. I'm happy to report that this hotel, in my recent experience, is one of the most comfortable hotels I've been in in a minute. We booked one night to be closer to a job my husband was starting but ended up staying 2 nights since we had not counted on getting clobbered by Winter Storm Fern and a foot+ of snow. A.K. at the front desk was welcoming, friendly and very accomodating. Made check in a breeze and got us into our quiet room at the end of the hall quickly. I cannot rave about the beds and pillows enough and the water pressure is PHENOMENAL!! 🤯 We slept very well and in the end, that's all I ever want in any hotel. Cleanliness and comfort. 🥰 Nice job, BW DuBois!!

  Terrible experience. I stayed at this property for one night. After checking out, I found I was charged an additional $750 in penalties. I have called the front desk, and was told it was due to "cigarettes found and wet carpet". They told me they had documented pictures of "smoked cigarettes" and that they could send them to me via email. I told them that I dont smoke at all, just send me the pictures and I will dispute. A week after I still receive nothing from the hotel about the "picture proof". Besides, before I checked out, I spoke with the staff about the wet carpet, and they told me "wet carpet and water overflow happen very often here due to dated rooms, a lot of guests had such problems and they knocked on their doors to provide help once it happened". They did not mention any possible penalty for that, and as far as I was concerned, I thought it was because they admitted such cases happened too often due to their own construction. In a word the surprise $ 750 penalty happened because I never smoke but have been taken "cigaratte photos" (which they havent even sent over to me after they told me they would) and "wet floor" which they admitted happened to many guests. HOW GOOD IT IS I am a Diamond Select member at BW. This is definitely the worst experiences I ever had with a BW property. My memories have always been not bad with BW until this one.
