    This hotel is completely underrated. The staff is fantastic. They are always there to accommodate your needs. Just simply ask. The staff is very friendly, and the cleaning crew does a great job. Thank you, Amber , for straightjng our our reservation, since we stayed longer than expected! We highly recommend this location!

    Los Holiday Inn Express & Suites son mis cadenas hoteleras favoritas. Esta vez quisiera darle 5, pero es una pena que por un empleado cambie todo mi opinión de esa estadía en este hotel. Este día yo llegaba a mi hogar de haber estado de vacaciones fuera del estado por más de dos semanas, pero al llegar nos dimos cuenta que la llave del apartamento se nos había quedado en casa de mi mamá en Jersey City, NJ de donde habíamos manejado dos horas para Pennsylvania, estado donde vivo. Y obvio no iba a regresar para atrás a buscar la llave, además de ya era pasada las 10:00 PM. Decidimos irnos a dormir a este Hotel. Dios mío pero que mal fue esa entrada a este hotel. La empleada que estaba esa noche era una jovencita no muy grande de tez blanca . No tuvo siquiera la cortesía de dar las buenas noche y lo primero que dijo fue: tienen que esperar unos minutos, porque estaba en su hora de break. Pero con una actitud, como diciendo, que vienen hacer a esta hora. A todo está ella apena sube la mirada, en ningún momento nos dice siéntense en lo que entro al sistema como un gesto amabilidad , lo cual nos quedamos de pie mi hija y yo en lo que ella seguía accesando a la computadora. Me pide una identificación y como mi esposo estaba afuera mandé a mi hija buscarlo a afuera, porque mi esposo estaba esperando que me dieran una certeza de que la habitación estaba disponible. Lo cual ella con actitud en todo momento me dice, que no importa que, podía ser cualquiera identificación, le digo que tiene que ser la de él , porque el pago es con su tarjeta y siempre te dicen que la tarjeta de crédito debe de ser del titular de quien haga la reservación. Por eso fue que lo mande a buscar a él , porque yo tenía la tarjeta, pero no su identificación. Le puedo decir que yo me sentí tan mal, al punto que me sentía una mierda. No sé si fue porque ella notó que éramos hispanos, mi hija era la única que hablaba English. En verdad no sé cómo pueden tener una empleada en un Front desk (recepción) donde la primera cara que uno vez, es la de esa persona. Pero que poco profesionalismo tenía esta joven, en verdad que me hizo sentir muy mal. Pudimos buscar otro lugar, más económico, claro que si, pero porqué hacerlo si me gusta mucho esta cadena de hoteles y quería asegúrame de que podía llegar y darme un buen baño y descansar tranquila en una buena cama. Tenía tanta hipotencia y me sentía tan molesta que al finalizar el proceso le pregunté su nombre, me dijo que se llamaba Loreane eso pude comprender, porque no le dije que me lo escribiera , solamente me lo dijo. Me niego a creer que una joven así no tenga educación, porque la realidad fue que le faltó profesionalismo y educación además de tener más empática con los huéspedes. Muy diferente a la señora que estuvo al otro día al hacer el Check out, pero ella fue muy amable. Tengo que decir que sus facilidades están muy bonitas. No tengo nada negativo del hotel fue la actitud de una de sus empleadas. Mi estadía fue el 4 de Enero del 2026. Ahhh el TV no tenía el control remoto, ni tampoco lo pedí.

    I had a very good experience with the staff - Nick, Anthony and the front ladies at the reception. They were very kind and professional. The hotel was good. The rooms were good. I was here for work and had no issues for the week. If you have any issues and calmly speak with the staff and request for accommodations - rest assured they will do everything in their power to help you out. Its not a guarantee but if its reasonable they will. They offered me and many other workers staying here an early breakfast so we could get to our job site early such as 6 am instead of 6:30 am. Keep up the great customer service and Thank you for the Christmas cookies!

    Checked out a day early due to lack of cleanliness. Rooms were NOT clean as there was trash left behind IN the bed as well as the trash cans and bathroom. Towels that were given to us had all types of stains from God knows what. Found on our 2nd night that the room had an ant infestation which resulted in us checking out a day early. As someone who travels quite often, this was by far one of the WORST hotel experience I’ve had. Only upsides were: the location (30 min drive to Jack Frost Big Boulder), the women at the front desk tried their best to be as accommodating as possible, and that the police station was located right across the street.

    No sound barriers. Walls are thin and doors slam. If it’s a full hotel there is noise and little sleep. Parking lot is small and hard to maneuver around in larger vehicles. People park wherever they want and makes it more difficult. There is no lighting in the gravel lot where large vehicles park. Rooms are not clean. Debi on floor stains and shower walls have black grease marks of some sorts. No where to hang towels.
