I had a great experience staying here for a weekend! The staff was very friendly and the hotel had really cool decor. I’d definitely recommend staying at this location.
This hotel offers exceptional hospitality and is an ideal choice for anyone visiting Seven Springs Ski Resort. The facilities are clean and inviting, welcome d by a friendly and professional staff. My room was clean and well-equipped with all the essentials. While the complimentary breakfast was satisfying, the option to use the dining area for other meals was a thoughtful touch. The only minor drawback was a strong chlorine smell from the pool, which could easily be addressed.

This is our favorite spot to stay when we do our snowboarding trips to Seven Springs! Allie was super kind and the Owner Jeff made us feel so welcome. Breakfast, hot tub!!!...pool! The hot tub after riding all day is everything. I loved that they truly are about making your stay awesome! People for the people ya know💫 Thanks again Jeff, see you next time!

We have been coming the past 4 years to ski and every year the hotel looks dirtier, while the rooms cost more. We booked a King suite w/additional living space, however we received a regular sized room, with a king sized bed and sleeper sofa in place of the second bed that would be in this tiny room. The photos show it having a lounging chair in the corner, however there isnt even space in this room for a lounger. There was armpit hair from a razor on the shelf in the shower when we checked in, we spoke to the front desk manager and cleaning manager, they said the shower would be cleaned. We came back 8 hours later to the nasty hair in the same place, new towels but they didnt clean the shower as promised. The breakfast 3/4 mornings was the same overcooked omelets, not one day with bacon just the grayish sausages. We are diamond members and stay exclusively with IHG and normally are rewarded as so, not here though. The owner/manager were nice and helpful, but seeing as we paid $330-$360 a night i am so disappointed. We will not come back to this hotel because it is clear that they care about packing the hotel full and not about the most loyal customers experience. We heard the cleaning ladies complaining about the owner when we came back from skiing Saturday morning loud enough that we heard the whole conversation while walking from the elevator to our room. Its clear that the employees dont respect the owner/manager here and thats why its gone down hill so fast these 4 years.
We had a bit of a rocky start to our stay. Unfortunately, our original room was significantly downgraded due to an error, and it was pretty disappointing at first — especially since we were looking forward to a special getaway.
That said, what truly stood out was how the situation was handled. The manager was on site, immediately stepped in, and took full ownership of the mistake. They worked quickly to resolve the issue and made things right.
To top it off, they surprised us with the sweetest Valentine’s Day touch — a cute Valentine’s tower arrangement and chocolates waiting for us. It was such a kind and personal gesture that completely turned the experience around.
While the mix-up was frustrating, the level of care and customer service we received afterward really made an impression. Mistakes happen, but it’s how a team responds that matters — and in this case, they went above and beyond to make it right.
