- JJJustinJan 5, 20264.0The rooms are great, breakfast is good. Housekeeping is available upon request, so they won't clean your room unless you ask for it. Only problem I had was that I was on the second story and my room was close enough to the half wall that leads to the main entrance. I could hear everything, every time some one talked laughed, sneezed. I could hear it, that made it very hard to sleep.

Noticed some guests being rude and threatening to "contact corporate" over a dissatisfaction on THEIR behalf, not the hotel's fault. Handled the guest with poise and a calm demeaner. Kudos! It's not always easy to deal with the hockey crowd in hotels, but this group did an AMAZING JOB! I like that we were welcomed to choose our housekeeping service upon request. That way we knew what to expect from their offering. Very helpful with recommendations for food and leisure in the area. Thank you Express in Delmont! We look forward to our next trip to the Steel City!
