Noticed some guests being rude and threatening to "contact corporate" over a dissatisfaction on THEIR behalf, not the hotel's fault. Handled the guest with poise and a calm demeaner. Kudos! It's not always easy to deal with the hockey crowd in hotels, but this group did an AMAZING JOB! I like that we were welcomed to choose our housekeeping service upon request. That way we knew what to expect from their offering. Very helpful with recommendations for food and leisure in the area. Thank you Express in Delmont! We look forward to our next trip to the Steel City!

- RMRon MoneyOct 2, 20253.0My main complaint is not with the hotel itself—though I did notice mold around the shower caulking that should be recaulked for a cleaner appearance, along with some buildup on the door. The bigger issue is the lack of lighting when entering the property at night. The main entrance is extremely hard to see in the dark. Once you turn in, the hill leading up to the hotel has no lighting at all. It is pitch black going uphill, and you can’t see a single thing around you, which makes it very difficult to drive safely. Street lights are badly needed along that stretch. The back entrance is also confusing because it runs through a gas station, and then continues up a road that is just as dark, leaving you unsure if you’re even on the right path. This property urgently needs improved lighting at both entrances. Adding a light at the base of the main entrance, along with proper street lights up the hill and on the approach from the gas station, would greatly improve safety and make the hotel much easier to find and access at night.
